The girl with the blonde hair with glasses has bad customer service. I hope she’s just a seasonal employee and not a formal employee for MK. Rude customer service!! Before My mom went to checked out her items we noticed she was having trouble assisting and helping customers. Not sure if she doesn’t have patience? Or no customer service at all? But Fast forward my mom comes to the check out line, my mom asked a simple question… asking why her total came this much (they had a spend $200 you get $50 offpromotion) anyways my mom had asked her that question and she rudely said “YOU GOT TWO PURSES” “DOES IT STILL NOT MAKE SENSE TO YOU?” all in a rude manner and tone! Even the employee next to her bc she was at the register noticed the employee’s tone. She didn’t even step in to say anything either! We were just asking a simple question. We always have great experiences here at MK, but today was not it with that girl! Rude customer service. I hope someone does something about this! I hope she learns just cause she’s not having a good day with customers means she has to be rude and mean to others!

The ladies in the store are always friendly and willing to help my wife. On my last visit, my wife purchased two pairs of sunglasses, a new purse, and convinced me to get a new wallet, which has held up well.

From the time we walked in to the time we left out. Every single associate was amazing! Great customer service skills and great salespeople!!!! I ended up buying a little bit of everything and I enjoyed myself!!! I highly recommend this store. Kendal was our salesperson and I enjoyed every bit of my purchases!

Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Super helpful, checking prices for me. I missed the return policy by 2 days , but the ladies took care of me anyway.

Better selection then in Lee Massachusetts! Help was very nice getting the correct sizes in shoes but didn't have all the colors in common sizes.Had to take a star off because the prices are so high. Michael Kors should be inviting me over for a weekend stay at his mansion and to use his pool for as much as we spend on his items for gifts!

Staff was not welcoming at all. Upon entering the store, I was so excited about all the beautiful purses I saw. The staff was talking amongst themselves when we entered and that continued as I looked around. No greeting or any type of acknowledge from anyone. Disappointed.
