Pump 2 hose was leaking and started charging me money before I even started pumping gas. The tenant was clueless of how to issue me a refund. Avoid this gas station.

Guy working was on his phone & not paying attention to customers. I told him when I was paying for gas I was adding my phone # for money off my gas, he didn't listen to me ( was on phone) and before I could press yes to use my points on machine he pressed on his side no.

The lady working at 8pm today was more concerned about filling red bulls and playing with a vendor rather than helping a customer. When k tried to grab her attention she ignored me. Then the 2 nd time she snaps talking about she’s in a hurry to “ do her job”

I just left this Murphy's this early afternoon around 11am. I am polite everywhere I go and today Kim the worker was unbelievably rude to my disabled mother, and myself, my mother was literally in tears. We approached the register to ask questions about a transaction that wasn't going through at the pump, when we started explaining the situation we were immediately cut off with..."we don't take Cigna cards"
Literally after we just pumped 30 dollars worth into my own car. We tried to explain that to her but she just kept repeating herself and speaking over us...(We don't take Cigna, we don't take Cigna, over and over") Okay, we speak English you don't have to be rude and talk to us that way. So I started to be rude back. (I NEVER DO THAT). BUT I will not let my elderly mother be talked to that way.
I asked her name she said it was Kim and I told her I was gonna leave this review and she stated " I didn't do anything to you mam."
Okay so now I'm mam?
No thanks Kim. Something needs to be done about this asap. The assistant Manager on shift, I want to say her name was Cory but I could be mistaken, I was really mad at the time. She was amazing though, she handled the situation perfectly, and POLITELY. She was VERY kind to my mother and me. And I will be returning just because of her! But someone needs to teach Kim customer service skills and how to at least let people speak and explain their problem. If she didn't want to handle it she could have easily gotten the nice assistant manager.
I will be checking back in on the situation with management and to see if anything has happened with Kim's behavior. I'm embarrassed that I raised my voice and made a little scene but I will not tolerate anyone speaking to my mother or myself like dogs and like we are stupid. So rude for no reason. I was very polite when I first approached the register.
When her rudeness continued and lack of listening is when I spoke louder and a little rude myself.
Apologies on my end to the public for that. However, I believe Kim owes the public an apology too. Again thank you to the assistant manager for being AMAZING!

Went there to fill up gas and use the restroom. I went to the worker to get the key to the restroom and was told that it couldn't be used. Because there are products being stored in the public restroom. Isn't this a sanitary issues with food and beverages being stored in a public restroom.
