The first time I went here was a great experience..
The second and third were not.
The second time I went there was about a month ago. The woman who did my nails was so rough and they were so tight and uncomfortable, that they were ripping the skin underneath the nail bed on 3 different fingers.
I decided to give it one more shot because it's close to home and the prices are affordable. But this last time I went was about two weeks ago, and I asked for her to be careful, because my nails are natural and long underneath the s and s, and I want them to stay natural. I don't want to wear tips. I'm sure she didn't understand English well. Because the first thing she did was file my nails right off. Well, at least 2 of them before I stopped her. Then, once the service was completed, I went about my day, and within the first week, the S and S was chipping off, and there was a complete crack in one of them. That ended up snapping in half and breaking down the center of my nail. I'm posting a picture of my nails less than two weeks after the service. They are ruined and they hurt. I'm getting married this weekend and they were supposed to be okay for my wedding still, but now I have to go somewhere else and get them redone.

Long story short, I went in Saturday for an eyebrow wax. The lady made a mistake and took off too much hair which left gaps in my eyebrows. I'll have to add eyeliner for however long it will take the hair to grow back. Instead of her admitting her mistake at first she got nervous and said your eyebrows didn't grow right here. I should've let Mary do them like always. I've know Mary for years but sadly I won't be retuning. She was a chubby lady with glasses.

Sam did such an amazing job! I usually do something pretty plain and I wanted to do something fun this time. She was so patient while I picked out the colors. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly.. it was completely affordable, super professional and I absolutely LOVE the result!! I highly recommend.

This was far the worst place I’ve been to the paint chipped the day after the price was cheap and it is very true you get what you pay for my nails was so not worth the $20 I paid And the $10 tip. I

My daughter got a pedicure that was done with the wrong colors and when we asked for it to be fixed, the tech angrily layered the new (pink) color on top of the blue. It was so thick that it still wasn’t dry 15 minutes later and therefore smeared. Then they had the audacity to charge $20 for her nails and wouldn’t hear us out at all when we tried disputing the price!! Absolute rip off! We will never be back here!

I had such a good experience at this salon! The staff was so friendly, funny, and listened to exactly what I wanted! I’ve been to several nail salons and always leave feeling disappointed but that was not the case today! I love my light blue SNS nails. Highly recommend! ❤️
