The store is supposed to be open today from noon until 4. NOPE! So, here I sit with a 10 month old dead battery, and they can't even be open the hours they post. No wonder NAPA is failing!

First time visiting, definitely the last visit. I was trying to accomplish 2 simple things... recycle some used motor oil and purchase some napa full synthetic oil advertised on sale. Apparently, they don't accept used oil and they were out of 5w20 and 5w30 napa synthetic oil (or at least that's what the rude gentleman at the counter told me). I drove down the street to Auto Zone afterwards. I probably paid more, but at least they were friendly and accepted the used oil.
