The staff used their phone during work, and when customers asked questions, they showed an unpleasant attitude. We bought two pairs of shoes, but we were really not satisfied with the service here.

Been shopping at this location for years. Always a great selection from dressy and casual to tennis shoes. The store is located in the Tanger Outlets. Plenty of parking, handicap spots and electric vehicle charging stations. Inside the store was organized nicely. The employees were friendly and helpful. There is a public restroom just down from this store. Rack Room Shoes is the first place I always go to when I’m in need of shoes!
