I came to the outlets specifically to stop by Rue21, wanting a new t-shirt. The doors are plastered with the rudest handmade signs stating the store was closed durning their lunch and would reopen when they wanted to. They even went as far as putting another up while I was there that said for every pull a customer does on the doors they will extend the closed hours by 30 minutes. One of the clueless employees came to the door and stated there was nothing rude about the notes posted, so I took a picture for you all to judge yourself. This is the customer service we should expect when going into this store then I rather take my business elsewhere, which is what I did.

Store is always changing to provide a new and unique experience every time I go in there. Staff greets me and let's me know what deals are currently running every time I walk in the door. I always find something new for my closet when I go on this store and I'll definitely be back!

If I could give them a ZERO I would! I went in the store and two associates were “working” AKA in the store and no customers. I later figured out why, the service is none existent. When I opened the door they both looked at me and no one spoke. I walked around the entire store and walked by both associates multiple times and made eye contact with the one at the register, she simply continued to put the shirts on hangers. Before I left I asked “Are You really not going to greet me or ask if I need help?” The one at the register said sorry while they both looked at me with a blank look. I asked for the manager’s name and number and the lady told me he name is Terri but you’ll have to look the number up with an attitude. Then told me “well you don’t have to come in here” when I told her the customer service was horrible. I will NEVER shop in this store again!

Okay so this place is one of my favorites! I think my whole woredeobe is from here! The young ladies are always welcoming and friendly at all times! They are never pushy but always offer their best prices at all times! Love love this place!

What a nice, neat and clean store.I was helped by two salespeople who made the experience of finding everything dragon an enjoyable experience.I have had good experiences before in this Commerce store however, this recent shopping trip was a blast. Service here was above and beyond great!Good management, great customer service.
