I had a great experience with Seymour's Towing service. The lady's in the office were very helpful.. The skid truck driver was extra nice and very patient with our trip to pick up my truck. Couldn't ask for better people to do business with.. Thanks to each of you!

Great folks to work with, our college age son's truck broke down late on a Friday night on a busy interstate in north Georgia...Mitch answered the phone and in less then 20 minutes my son and his truck were safely on their way, the driver was excellent, office staff excellent. Highly recommend Seymour's Wrecker/Towing Company.

Absolutely incompetent. My motorcycle was impounded by these dimwits. My tag was left in their care by the Georgia State Patrol along with my helmet gloves. The tag was sitting on top of the motorcycle seat along with my other possessions, but the next day when I went to get my bike out, my tag was missing. The man who towed my bike had said he had no idea if there was a tag or not. He couldn't remember. After I got my bike back, I went back to their main office and left my phone number asking them to call if it turned up, as the truck used to tow my bike was in Atlanta at the time. He wrote my number on a scratch sheet of paper and told me "a lost or stolen tag shouldn't be to expensive to replace". Here it is two weeks later, I have no tag, and every time I have called up there to check, no one has any idea who I am or why it is their problem. They also scratched my gas tank and left my $180.00 worth of gear out in the elements. Also the key to the lot gate was under a rock right below the lock. Over all these people are negligent and careless at best and have cost me more time and money than any other towing company I have been involved with . DO NOT USE THEM.

They were great for us. Keith saved me after flagging him down when my radiator blew up. Tow to Seymour's mechanics, and had it fixed in a day and did an oil change as well. Good prices (not cheap, but not over the top-fair pricing) and got us back on the road. Good work!

Worst experience ever use anybody else. They towed my truck one exit up and charged me 400$ cash. It didn't even set there a full day. Then when you go to pick your vehicle up the yard is unmanned so you have to wait 45 minutes for someone to be there to help you. Very shady place.

My grandparents were in an accident involving their camper, someone ran a red light and hit them totaling their truck and camper. We grabbed all we could out of the camper right after the accident but had to come back the following day to the Seymour wreck yard, for some more hard to reach stuff (stuff was everywhere). When we came back to the camper we were missing a TV, several tools, Jewelry that was thrown about, and other electronic equipment. We were not able to secure the camper after the first run but we were assured no one could get to it except the people who worked a Seymour. I have reached out to the owners twice and been promised a call back twice with no such call ever coming. BE WARNED about this place.... any place that would employ people who would steal from 70 year old couple who were on vacation and had a tragic accident happen doesn't even deserve 1 star.
