Waited in line forever... then I'm second in line then the second cashier up and walked away. Trash service.
Edit: First cashier was too busy talking about his rap career with customer to efficiently check me out. Trash service all around.

Had to exchange an online purchase today. Angel and the rest of the staff made the experience easy with their wonderful customer service. They listened to what i wanted and walked to the many options available. They made the entire process simple and quick.
Am really looking forward to when they open the new location within the current Tanger Outlet!

Staff was incredible and help my adult daughter (developmental disabilities)feel great about her choice. She needs a different size for each foot. She tried on 5 pairs- which is really 10 boxes. I think the store needs better seating to try on shoes therefore 4stars.

I went here with some friends because my sister recommended it to me and I wanted to buy my cousin a birthday present and they were the nicest people EVER. I had some trouble finding the right size and shoe since he wasn't there but they were so accommodating and helpful. Thank you especially to Lee and Ariez since they took time out of their managerial duties to help me, and Haley too for being the person to handle most of it.

I had such an amazing experience with the entire staff here. Huge shout out to Brittany and Evan for running back and forth for me. I had them pull so many shoes and sizes for me and then at check out I told the manager Becky and was so awesome and praising her team immediately for helping me. Great team all around, getting all my shoe needs here.

If I could give a zero i would! Rudest employees. Instead of helping us, they, which were 3 employees, stayed together and talked and carried their own conversation. Never asked if we needed help. I finally asked about a particular shoe and one said well we would need the number in order to check. Then turned their back and went back to her conversation. I will NEVER go back in that store! It would be in your best interest to find new employees! If they treat everyone that way, you won't stay open much longer. There was another lady in there and I told her if she had any questions, don't ask because they won't answer them. Her and her husband left when we did and the employees didn't care! What a shame! My mother in law was prepared to spend $150 but it wont be there....ever!

Yknow those rewards qr rewards codes in the app? Scanning them does nothing. Thank you so much for the insights Becky, because 3hrs with Skechers customer service did squat compared to 15mins on the phone with you. Although this store is small in footprint I give it 10/10. It was clean, salesman not too pushy, everyone who helped in-store wore a grand smile. I've loved the brand for over a decade now, I will continue to complain about the women's line not getting ALL the features the men's line offers IN ONE SHOE (good year grip, waterproof, arch fit, goga mat matter most for me specifically). But sticking to the point, this is a good location for selection and service, just wish the apparel was also available here.

Wonderful trip. I went in for one pair of the new step-in shoes, but came home with two and a pair of sandals. I didn't see the ones I wanted in the store, so I came home and ordered two pair of those. I am set for shoes for a while. Love my Skechers!!
