I purchased a Nissan Altima from Square 1 Auto Sales on 11/7/25. The next day I discovered the car had a severe roach infestation!!!! I documented the proof with photos and videos and notified them immediately. After multiple attempts to get a response, they finally admitted the infestation was so bad that they would need to keep the vehicle for 1–2 weeks to treat it!!!
After I pursued the matter formally, they eventually agreed to refund my down payment, which I appreciate but no customer should have to fight this hard to be treated fairly.
Selling a vehicle in that condition without disclosure is unacceptable. Anyone considering buying from this dealership should be cautious and thoroughly check any vehicle before purchase!!!!

The younge lady at the commerce ga office was very helpful and informative she explained everything step by step and got me in the awesome ride I chose, very professional and welcoming , Here is a picture of the awesome ride , im very satisfied.

I needed a car really bad and Catalina made it happen. Two weeks ago I came in and it didn’t work out. But I came back today and she was so nice and friendly and got me in to a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta! I wasn’t there long either. The whole process took maybe an hour. I will definitely be coming back.

I had problems with getting into my vehicle but Catilina done whatever she could to get me into a vehicle. I was able to drive off of the lot in my new 2017 Hyandia Santa Fe. I am so happy . Go to Square One if you’re in the need of a new car.

This place is shady and crooked! Stay far away!!! The moment I drove off the lot the check engine light came on and I called them and they had me bring it to some shade tree shop that was completely unprofessional. They kept the car for days and as soon as I picked it up the check engine light came back on. The car was having trouble shifting gears, sputtering, had water damage all in the trunk and floors. Then I brought it to another shop and they gave me a print out showing it needed a new engine and transmission so I had to take it back to their shop and this time they had it for over a week and they took it to their Gainesville location and made me go there to pick it up when I had dropped it off at their commerce location. Upon picking up the car it was filthy inside and out. They offered me $30 to get it washed even though there was mud and water damage inside and out and yet again I wasn’t given any paperwork to show what was done no proof that anything had been done and as soon as I drove away again the light came back on and the same problems came back. This has been a back and forth since February 2025 and they have still not made it right, now the car isn’t even drivable anymore and is smoking out of the exhaust. They do not give me a loaner car or pause my payments so I am paying $640 a month for a car that doesnt run plus missing work and paying ubers to get around. I have consistently made my payments and to be treated this way is ridiculous. Stay far away!!

Do not waste your money!! We’ve all heard of the horrors of buy here pay here places and would think that in these days, they’d sell better cars. It hasn’t been two weeks and the car is making noises.
*Update: this will be the third time I’ve had to get my car in to the shop since May. They only have one “manager” they’ll let you speak to and even she is terrrrrrible with customer service. Ppl end up getting their cars repo’d, not b/c of non-payment, but to get away from them! Even the mechanics they use will tell you!

This is the second time I have bought a car from Square One. I had no complaints with my first purchase and I definitely don’t have any with my second. They put me in a 2016 Ford Explorer and it is beautiful and runs like a dream.

Paid the car off that had Big problems the entire time I have had it. Now I cant get the title and no one will call me back. The customer service id Horrible, they cover for each other . Will not give you the name of the owner of the company and its all a big sham. DO Not But a car from here.
