Caleb and Logan are awesome. Customer service is always great here. People leaving bad reviews here does not make sense. Compared to Home Depot and our other options in Commerce this is hands down the best.

We went today to buy dirt. We wanted 20 bags, but they didn’t have that many. Caleb helped us and said he could get more in the afternoon. He drove to Livonia to get what we needed. He actually made 2 trips due to a mixup. He was so nice, kept us informed and never made us feel like he was bothered that he went through all that. He definitely went above and beyond. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you for everything you did !! Everyone we talked to today was really nice.

It seems dead when I have gone it. Also mind the products you get. I had gotten superglue that was dried out. Also unlike other stores where it doesn't matter where you brethren an item. Ace are franchised so you have to go back to the store of purchase.

Great folks working there. They generally have everything Home Depot doesn't. If they don't, they try getting it ordered. Prices are a bit higher but the customer service surely makes up for it.

Very nice and helpful staff. Have been on multiple occasions now and have always had exactly what I needed, including hard to find parts for a sink. Better products than Home Depot.

I posted my review on March 26, 2024. They responded on July 12 apologizing for not being open on Sunday for their grand opening. If you guys are a franchise, then you need to honor discounts offered by your company.
