This is no reflection on the employees or the service they give because they don't make the decisions on pricing but year after year I spend all of 20 seconds in the store LOL they run the same deals every year. None of the boots that anybody really wants are ever on sale. It takes me 10 seconds to walk to the back to see the side of it says these are excluded from all the sales and then 10 seconds to walk right out the door and get on eBay or Amazon and buy it from and authentic wholesaler. Every year I get the same two pair of boots from the same wholesaler. I just walk in one day hoping that Timberland will wake up and include all the boots in their sales. Fortunately I wasted another 20 seconds of my life doing back Friday lol. I will say that the employees are always Pleasant and a few times I bought anything from their store service was great. Whoever says the prices gets one star. The employees actually work in the store get five stars
