I want to start by saying this — the store itself is amazing. It’s clean, well-stocked, and the general staff is always helpful and polite. I’ve never had an issue with the front of the store, and it’s actually one of my favorite places to shop.
But the pharmacy is a completely different story — and that’s where the real problem lies. If I could give zero stars to the pharmacy alone, I absolutely would. The staff behind the counter are rude, dismissive, and act like helping customers is a burden. They’re consistently slow, unorganized, and show little to no urgency when it comes to filling prescriptions or answering basic questions.
On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait far longer than necessary — even when my prescription was supposed to be ready hours earlier. And when I tried to ask for updates, I was met with eye-rolls, curt responses, or just completely ignored. There’s no sense of professionalism or care, which is especially frustrating when you're dealing with something as important as your health.
It’s unfortunate, because the rest of the store is run so well. But the pharmacy drags the entire experience down. I’ve started taking my prescriptions elsewhere, and I’d highly recommend others do the same until there are major improvements made.

Let’s have a frank discussion about the condition known as having a senior moment. I had one today; actually, I had several today at Walgreens. I attempted to position myself to maximize savings via coupons and cashback. A little overwhelming at first, as I had to reload an app, sign in, and then process the sale. Thank goodness for Emily! She was so patient and so kind. She was cheerful and never did I feel rushed or that I was being treated like a second class citizen. This is a management Quality employee at Walgreens in commerce, Georgia! Oh, and by the way, I like the deals as well!

My daughter had flowers and a card sent to me. And As I was unwrapping the flowers. All the leaves and part of the petals fell off before I could finish.

Pharmacist is a bully. He thinks he’s big man in town. Got all upset with me about something I had no control over.

Drug store that you can only get drugs a fraction of the time they're open. It basically a convenience store that sometimes you can get a prescription

I want to start by saying this the store itself is amazing but the PHARMACY is the problem. If I could give zero stars I would. Had a prescription called in this morning and get off work go to pick it up and I’m told they don’t have it. Family friend works the front desk of the dentist office who called it in and she said she for sure called it in. So I call back and now they have it 2 minutes before closing an hour early. I’m 20 minutes away and I had just driven all the way home. It was sitting in the bin but because I don’t have a profile they couldn’t know if it was ready. Exact words Which I’ve picked up medications from this pharmacy before. Why not just look in the bin then? No wonder this pharmacy has a bad reputation. The people working the pharmacy obviously don’t care for their jobs or the wellbeing of their “patients”. I never leave reviews but what if the medicine was actually needed and it was a dire situation? Just be mindful using this pharmacy as they clearly don’t care. Again the store itself is amazing and all the workers outside of the pharmacy are always so nice and welcoming. Sucks the pharmacy is making the store look like this.

This is the most incompetent store I have ever had to deal with in my life. I wished I could reach out to the people that have had problems that are listed on this review. I just spoke with A friend that used to be in corporate for Wallgreens and they said to call the 1- 800 Wallgreens number and ask for the DM to call you back. We need to continue reporting the store until something is done.

These people steal drugs from patients!!! Open investigation through their OWN home office on January 10th due to some extremely fraudulent activity with this location, to whit I literally just heard from the home office branch for the ENTIRE franchise, and basically yeah. They stole my meds! But now they can't even get a response to this claim from this location....at all.....AND this criminal pharmacist can't be found. Even by their own home office! But go ahead, take your drugs there for these blatant theifs to take home and use for themselves. Have at it! If you're dumb enough to do that after reading this, you deserve to get your pills jacked by these crack heads working here!!!You should all be in jail!!!!!!!!

Horrible service by not only Pharmacy staff but Pharmacists as well. Dr Maliday or Blanco. I wouldn’t know because store Manger gave me one name and she gave me another. When asked for her License # to file a complaint her response was “look it up” this was all over they gave me the wrong information about a script refill. They were very condescending as if they didn’t make a mistake, after the Pharmacist already admitted she did. All I asked was for a little customer service. (Sir, I am sorry we made an error.) it would have been forgotten and we could have moved on. However, the pompous attitude by the pharmacy staff only escalated this to me taking it as far as I can. She should have just humbled herself a little and tried to resolve it instead of her nasty attitude. I understand why her staff thinks they can treat patients rudely. Don’t go here. You would get better customer service from a street drug dealer than this place. She should be ashamed of herself. Drive to Cornelia and deal with that staff. So much better! Angel is who started this whole thing with her incompetence. If she would just read. If she can read. None of this would have happened.

Rude pharmacy workers. Was told they do walkins for flu shots and got there around 4pm and they told me they don't do walkins and only appointments. I called back around 515pm about appointments and the guy told me they can take walkins as long as it is before 5pm. I asked him why I was turned away when I came in at 4pm and he denied I was ever there and I could make an appointment for tomorrow. When I asked to talk to their supervisor he just kept saying "I can't give you that information."

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. I had a 3 month supply of a prescription in which they filled 1 month and charged me for 3. When I got home and called them they told me they miss filled it and I needed to come back, return it and refill it. By this point they had already given my medication to someone else. Need I mention it was a half hour. They said they could give me the one month for $25 which is the price I traditionally pay for a 3 month supply, pay $200 for a 2 month supply or drive 2 hours to Milford to fill the script but they can’t guarantee it would be ready before they close. An hour before going to pick up the script, I called to confirm they would be able to fulfill the 3 month supply. The tech checked and confirmed they would be able to fill the entire supply. If I would not have called to address their initial miss fill, I would have had to pay 100% cash for my next 2 month. Even with this correction, they left me paying 200% more for my prescription due to incompetence. Additionally they wasted over an hour of my time driving back and forth trying to correct their inability to fill a prescription. Would highly recommend transferring your scripts if you want to ensure proper coverage with your insurance.

Constantly changing pharmacists. Long wait times.
