“We are new to Pike county and new to using gas appliances. I called in a panic as I thought I was smelling gas in the basement and Beth was extremely nice. She came out immediately to be sure we were safe. Ultimately, we were just low on gas which is what caused the smell. She came back a few hours later to fill our tank (in the pouring rain) and to officially welcome us to Pike county. My family is so thankful for her time and appreciate her speedy service.”
