I bought a used case skid steer around a year ago and went in shortly after to check out the the dealership, and see if they had any implements I was interested in. They didn't have any, and I left with the impression that they didn't cater to small time people like myself. I was disappointed, and felt wary of taking my machine there for service.Fast forward to this week, and I had a problem with my machine. I called about parts, and they had a tech call me back about the problem and the fix. The parts people got my parts quick, and the tech called me back the next day to make sure I didn't have any more questions! Now my machine is running great again, and I have confidence that If my machine needs service that i'm not capable of, I can do business here. Great customer service!

DO NOT bring your equipment to this location, they don't provide estimates for repairs. I was told that they just fix them and expect the customers to pay the price they come up with. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

we took a drive motor to them for repair and the destroyed it with a cutting torch and refuse to do any ting about it if they did not know how to fix it or did not have the tools they should have left it alone . but they refuse to do anything about it this a 5000.00 dollar part plus !!!!! ed

If it were an option I would give no stars. Product works well, but the dealership has been the biggest source of problems. They have lied, sold me on services they never had any intention of following through with.
