The lady at the front desk with the 2 nose piercings was rude! Not welcoming at all. She would talk to you with her back turned towards you so you could not hear her. Then when I asked for clarification, she acting like I offended her and she was snarky! The lady that did my actual testing, she was very nice and showed that she liked her job. She was very pleasant.

Thorough head to toe exam performed by the provider. Nurses and the staff were professional and friendly.Offices were clean and organized. Offered coffee and water if needed for the drug screening. GPS had a hard time finding on Moreland. Give yourself pleny of time for a physical, takes about 2 hours.

I had to take my DOT Physical here. I always get anxiety whenever I have to do a Physical, even after 12 years of driving commercially. But the staff ,nurses and doctor really help me feel at ease.They are a great place for DOT Physicals.

It was one of the fastest dot Physical I've ever had, Just over a hour from start to finish.There was only 3 ahead of me, had to wait on the doctor about 30min but still pretty quick.

The reason for Concentra visit was for DOT Drug Screening. Process took 35 minutes total. Staff was professional, efficient, and quick.
The review above was in 2023.
Now September 2025, the service was just as quick and they had a trainee. In 2016 this Concentra was a train wreck. Today, this team is top notch and very professional.
