Sat at this location for hours with 7 people running 1 bay. They made me wait then turned me around at 4:00pm when they stopped taking trucks so they could smoke weed and eat before their 5:00pm close. Speedco needs to seriously do something about this location.

One of the worst Speedco ever. Spoke to the manager before I sent my driver. She said if the driver makes it there in 15–20 minutes, they can do a tire change on our truck (steer tire only). It was 4:43pm when I talked to her. The driver got there in 17 minutes around 5-5:02pm and was told that they couldn't do it. It shows on Google that they are open till 6pm. They didn't want to talk to us and kicked our driver out of the office. As a proof, I asked my driver to take a picture of their building with time and location, which I wasn't able to upload here. At 5:13pm there was nobody. I hope upper management does something about this.

I am impressed with how thorough every technician is. These people caught an inner tire leaking! I didn’t even come in for my tires came in for egg smell coming from my battery box. Staff is friendly professional as shop people can be. Best shop I’ve ever been to. I certainly hope this is the permanent atmosphere of this shop cause I do plan on coming back here for any truck concerns I may have when rolling through GA.

Place is horrible I wish it had an option for zero stars for rating here but waited for 3 hours and realizing I had to get check in again after 3 hours of waiting to be serviced and they pretend like I wasn't here for 3 hours to be service All the other drivers came in after me got checked in and serviced and left before me and I'm still waiting to be serviced all only for a clearance light and mud lap for 3 hours.
