Picked up a battery from this location (Conley) and I certainly can tell you that they are very knowledgeable. The prices of the batteries are very reasonable ie. went to buy a battery for my Lexus at the dealer and was told no one has that battery, wanted to charge close to $300.00 and I got it at M.B.E for around $180+. Will definitely return and refer this location to others.

Prices have gone up but still are about half the price of Autozone and advance.So I drove the 45 minute ride to get one.It was worth it.Save me $135 to be exact.

Customer service from over the phone to in person is top notch. When I showed up at the Conley location there was a small discrepancy, but accountability was taken, problem rectified and great service. Corey is very professional, respectful and courteous. He was also very personable. Chino was welcoming and helpful as well. All the gentlemen staffed there are top notch!!! Will definitely revisit again!

Been doing business with them since 2008 not in the battery business but in the bodyshop business with out no warning my discount was taken away with do respect as a vendor I think I should have been notified before purchasing with the loyalty I give them all these years they told me I have buy a certain amount of a batteries a month if I sell batteries no problem but I am in the bodyshop business only a few cars at my shop needs batteries never have to worry about my business again

Should've called ahead, they didn't have any reconditioned batteries available today, but their new battery prices still beat AutoZone's lowest price by about 40$ so, still worth the drive. Also, service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
