Horrible customer service!! Not on time he told me a time I drove an hour for him not to be there “running to get parts.” I waited 30+ mins he comes I get the back of one phone fixed and the front of one fixed he said 1hr and 1/2 he’ll be done i ask him do he have everything! I take 2hrs on purpose I come back to the store he’s GONE AGAIN “running to get parts” so I wait another 35+ Mins because I have no choice at this point btw I missed a birthday party because of his unprofessional behavior he didn’t compensate me or take any thing off I never complained the whole time I get home for my screen to go out! Go to the one in Douglasville he’s way more professional! And respectful of your time.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Dropped my computer off at the end of November, Jeff told me it would take 48 hours to run a diagnostic test on it. He never gives me a call, so I call him in the middle of December, he tells me he ordered a part to finish the test and that he’d call me back by the end of the week. He never did of course, so I give him a call at the beginning of January after the Holidays. He tried to charge me an additional fee at first, but I argued that we didn’t agree on anything but a diagnostic, so he didn’t charge me anything.
Jeff got me out of $50, but don’t ignore the reviews like I did. This is NOT a company you want to do business with.

I made a $60 deposit weeks ago towards a new tracking pad for my MacBook. After making the deposit, I have not heard anything from this company and my computer has not been fixed. Jeff told me that he would have the track pad by May 18th at the latest. I wasted $60 on nothing. Buyer beware!! This business cannot be trusted. I let them a voicemail and sent them a text message, and they just ignored me while keeping my $60 deposit and not doing any work on my computer. Only use this company if you enjoy being ripped off and scammed out of your money!

Dropped laptop off on Saturday morning, told Jeff the computer would not turn on AND wasn't holding charge. Jeff stated there was a $50 dollar deposit which goes towards the final price of the repair which was cool. I paid the deposit, didn't hear from Jeff the day of or the next so I called Sunday and was told he's still checking it out(still no pricing). Monday(today) get a call that it's ready and he fixed an internal battery and I asked if it holds a charge(answer was yes) and there's an extra $15 dollar CHARGE. I get there and it turns on but still doesn't hold a charge and one wrong move of the power cord and it shuts off instantly!!! I try to give him the extra $15, he states it's an extra $50. I didn't argue or anything with him and drove to atm to get it and asked for a final receipt which seem he didn't want to give to me after giving him the $50 dollars and was told alright man smh. Jeff was bothered after me paying and him writing out my receipt stating that people think it's cheap etc blah blah blah and I never cried about his extra $50 which totals $100 but wanted another $30 dollars on top of that for the battery not holding a charge... As a business owner, I would never give out this kind of customer service leaving customers in the blind and also unfinished work. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I found this company online on Wednesday evening. I spoke to Jeff who assured me he could add 1GB of memory to my computer in 15 minutes. My kids fell asleep in his office, he took so long. I paid him $77 and change and I got my computer home and it did not work. I dropped it back off at 9:00 sharp the next morning, since I work from home and was losing money by the minute. Jeff had no regard. He told me to drop it off and he would get to it when he could. I begged him for a time of completion, finally he said 5pm. This was at 11am! At 4:30 I get a text from Jeff saying he would not be done by 5pm and he will call me when he's done. I told him I will pick my computer up at 5pm, complete or not, but when I arrived at 5 o'clock, he was not there. Finally I got a call from Jeff at 7pm, while at my son's football practice, telling me the job is complete and that I could pick it up. I rushed over to his office in order to make it back to pick my son up in time. Finally, after 4 trips to 404 Computer Repair, I still have 3GB of RAM and now I have other issues. Jeff assured me today in a conversation that I knew nothing about electronics and now I'm convinced that he doesn't either!!!
