There has been 3 management changes in my 6 years of renting here & I got BOTH my units broken into 3 times, coincidence??? (Inside job). They do NOT have any cameras watching over units, just at entrance. Have had things destroyed & ruined due to rats. Please avoid, nicer & safer facilities up the street are worth it.

The truck I received was unclean, the alignment was horribly off and I didn’t realize until I started driving but the drivers side door wouldn’t shut completely. This led to an insane amount of wind noise at highway speeds.

When I got the U-Haul truck a dolly wasn't available so I had to drive to the U-Haul on dogwood to get one, when I got the dolly I opened the back of the truck and was greeted with a horrible smell, the truck it had dryer up animal feces and urine in the back of the truck, when I called to inform the man about it, all he said is that I wasn't going to be charged for it. I informed him why would I be charged for something that was in truck when I pick up. He was really rude and didn't even try to resolve the issue, he didn't offer to clean the truck, nor did he offered to exchange the truck, I had to clean the truck myself before even using the truck for my move. I was really upset that he didn't try to fix the situation and I had to clean up behind someone else pet. If I could rate this a 0-star I would.

My items were over ran by mold feces and small animals! Destroyed most of my things and I really don't want the rest! ? And I had insurance!!! They won't even give me the number to file a claim!! Going to find a lawyer!!
