This is the only place in the east metro area that I could find with a 6 month warranty. If they deliver they come to you to do any necessary repairs. This is my second set from here. The first set lasted 7 years before I started having problems and at that point I just wanted a new set which I purchased from here. I highly recommend them to anyone I know and a few have purchased and are happy and have had no problems with their appliances.

Any bad posts, negative remarks/comments about this business are false. They saved me the headache and expense, when I first moved to Georgia, of spending money weekly at the laundromat by providing me a used set that lasted literally YEARS! 8 to be exact! I contacted them again for a dryer after mine was deemed unrepairable. Hated I had to part with it but the buying experience and cost is what made me return here.This is a USED washer/dryer company and sometimes there are kinks BUT they will break their backs and provide a limited warranty for their work! They will come out and fix the problem until it’s right and do it with a smile! It’s definitely the customer service me.I know it seems small but I have kids and anyone with kids knows what a blessing having a functional washer/dryer is. They really go above and beyond!Definitely buy here, you won’t regret you did.Wish I could give 10 stars.

I live in the area and in the past purchased a w/d set from here that has lasted years. Recently I went in to purchase another set, I inspected the front of the units up close because I didn’t want it to look bad from the front. I know this is a used place and the set had dings and dents all over EXCEPT THE FRONT and I was fine with that. Upon delivery I noticed the set had scratches and scrapes on the FRONT that WAS NOT THERE upon purchase. I sent it back and me and the owner got into a huge shouting match about how this is minor and he can “barely “ see anything. I offered to just exchange for a different set he refused and claimed he could only refund my credit payment by PayPal and my cash deposit I’d have to come back for because he “didn’t have it on him”. I had to get my husband to go down there and get my money back!! He initially told my husband otp that if he don’t have a receipt he won’t get reimbursed. Until my “very huge” husband pulled up and he changed his tune. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, never again!

I just went here today and hopefully I get the exact stove I asked for I have a great memory so I’ll know if it’s the one I pointed out ! Since there where 2 of the same ones there ! I can’t wait to update with the quality of the stove !!

Please reframe form coming to this company. The owner has bad communication and there is no inconvenience charges when there is fault on the company’s part. An employee was supposed to come same day, he did not come the whole day after agreeing on the payment for the fixture of the dryer. Mr. Aubery is not a good person as a owner and mainly is about the money and not selling good products.Also I spoke with the owner ask him if he was open so I can come in to speak and get and understanding he stated yes. When I came the whole store closed right before I came. He will avoid you and hang up if he can not answer a question.As of 6/24/22, Mr. Jeremy (the empolyer)has came out to help fix my dryer with my 6 month warranty so it’s is currently working.if y’all do go speak with with Mr. Jeremy if you trying to make it out.

I came here 3 times looking for a washing machine. The man said he would have more the next day and call me. He never did..however I came back again because it's the store thst come up as I'm searching and I really needed a washer. So I went there and finally was offered a washer for 200 dollars it looked decent enough I paid for delivery in the am and went to work. When I came back to use the water later it didn't wash any of my clothes it just filled up with water and sat there humming. I couldn't call to tell them until the next day the very next day I drove there to say what was wrong and the older guy is trying to tell me I don't know if a washing machine works or not like I'm crazy... ok so be it..just come look at and see and repair it because I JUST bought it and I spent $230 dollars in the middle of a pandemic. They have not come to look at the washer after telling me they would be out here twice today... so far I'm stuck out of 200 dollars still not able to wash my clothes. Im gonna call my bank and report them if they don't make this transaction right. (Update) so it's the next week and they never came to fix or look at the broken washer. Only lied and said they would. DO NOT SHOP HERE JUST LOOK ELSEWHERE

I found this shop after visiting another store and I am glad I did. The gentleman who helped us was Jeremy and he had a very helpful & friendly attitude. Although I wish there was a larger inventory I was able to find a quality dryer at a very affordable price with next day delivery! Thank you & I will do business here in the future.

This business is very unprofessional. I purchased a washer and dryer that came with a 6 month warranty and the washer broke down about 2 months later. They picked it up and bought me an older loaner that didn't match my dryer. Fast forward 7 months, that washer broke down and despite me calling every month and even going into the store, I still don't have the original washer that I purchased. They keep making excuses and promising me another GE washer and haven't kept their word. This place is so ghetto. You couldn't pay me to deal with them ever again.
