I've been going there for over 30 years and today was the first bad customer service I've ever received. As usual, when I walked in a associate ask how can we help you. It was a big black guy, not being racist, that I told what I was looking for, stainless steel washers to fit a bunch of bolts I had for a saltwater installation. He said it would be expensive and walked me to the location with many drawers of washers. Instead of helping me locate the size I needed, he just said, when you find it, put in the plastic bag and write how many and price. Then he walked away to sit on the railing up from. He seemed very unsure about what they had and came across as very uninterested in helping. First time ever I thought about walking out and going to somewhere else. Not the kind of service I have come to expect from them and keeps me coming back over and over again. He obviously could have cared less.

The service at Ace was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Demond is a master craftsman at making keys. He did it quickly, and with a smile. I will definitely be returning to this location.
