I had my first visit to American Eagle in Conyers today, and I was blown away by the exceptional service! All the ladies in the store were absolutely awesome—whether it was helping me try on clothes, finding the right sizes, or suggesting different styles, they were on it! As a plus-size tall girl, it’s not always easy to find the perfect fit, but thanks to their help, I found exactly what I was looking for. This is definitely going to be my new go-to spot. Thank you so much, ladies, for making my shopping experience amazing!

I want to Thank Brittany, the manager of American Eagle at Conyers Crossroad for helping me to find my size in a baggy wide-leg pant that I was looking for and for such a warm welcome when I entered the store. The associates don’t make you feel welcome. I wasn’t greeted at the door and the cashier acted like she didn’t want to deal with me. I really hate to post this because around the holidays the manager and staff was awesome. I really don’t know what happened?!?!

Actually a nice store but those 11-7 hours seven days a week are rough for people who work 9-5. Idk if it’s a staffing issue or just the norm for the times stores like this these days but I thought for sure they’d be open til at least 8. Makes me think this location won’t be in business much longer.

Customer service sucks! 2nd time coming to this location and they don’t even acknowledge you including management! They come off as racist in my opinion. This will be my last time patronizing with this location. They won’t pay their bills off my money. Do better!

Was skeptical about coming to this store because of the bad reviews. But decided to take a chance and WOW was I surprised. The customer service was phenomenal ! This was my first time ever in American Eagle . Miss Tiffany was very informative and gave me great information. She went above and beyond to find me some jeans in my size and length . I need tall jeans and she delivered. Jasmine was super sweet as well . And I will definitely refer my friends and family to come see these ladies.

Customer service could be better. It’s awkward. No one stays at the register even though it looks like 6 ppl are working. The tall guy simply seemed annoyed unless he was sweet talking his co worker. Talk, date, whatever. It’s fine. But you’re still at work. You need more mature people working here. The atmosphere is uncomfortable.

Never been in but I called and got a young man on the phone. I needed a certain size and he looked for it for me. They didn’t have it which is common for my size. But he offered me an alternative and that’s good customer service. American eagle should carry larger sizes in store that’s one problem but I’m please with the people they have working in their stores. Knowledgeable and helpful.

It’s been approximately a month since my purchase at American Eagle in CONYERS,GA. And I made myself a note to write a review because the service was excellent! I was given a pair of AE jeans a while ago and I was surprised they fit so well! They were just a little too long. I had not bought a pair of jeans in maybe 5 years so I was overdue because I still had not been able to find a pair that fit. When I walked in, I was greeted by Kim, a manager. I explained what I was looking for and she walked me over to an associate who walked me around and explained what kind of jeans were available. I can’t remember the details but he asked ARIANNA (remember that name when you come here!) to help me. She was sooooo sweet! Arianna was personable, was knowledgeable about the types of jeans they sold and what kind of fit I should expect from each. She even had me try on a pair of jeans I normally would not think to try but they looked so good on even my son said wow mom you look nice. Arianna was attentive and she got different sizes for me to try on when needed. I am unable to express how great my experience was but what I can say is customer service is still alive! By the way, the quality of the jeans are spot on. Some are thicker and some are thinner, depending on type. Needless to say all my children will be getting their jeans from here. Now if they only offered jeans from 1990’s, I could buy my husband a pair! LOL!
