I am a very loyal customer with America's Best. I just moved to the area and decided to go to this location for my eye exam. The staff do not seem to really care about their profession as far as wanting to help people. They do not seem genuinely ready to assist. Staff make it very clear that this is just a job for them. When I walked in I was not created I had to initiate engagement which I was not impressed with. Got my eye exam and decided to pick out a pair of glassed which I normally never do. When it came time for me to pick up my glasses trying to explain they did not fit well seemed to inconvenience staff. After leaving with very hot glasses I decided to have them bagged to allow a chance to cool off. Glasses still had a steam glare on them. After finally coming home I try my glasses and not only are they noticeably bent but my prescription was not better than my old pair of glasses. I never had that happen before after calling and speaking with staff and I quote" Well there is nothing I can do about over the phone, you have to come back." Of course I took offense as this statement is belittling. I will never go back to this location as I am extremely disappointed with customer service and overall experience.

I’m paid to visit places like this, the pricing is totally not correct no 2 for nothing in there, I’ll be sending a copy of this dummy receipt to corporate, definitely over charged!! 2 stars for the appearance of the facility

Got to the office on time and was told it was going to be a remote visit. Remote to me meant I could have been at home and not waste my time and gas driving to America s Best! I told them I did not want a remote visit and to reschedule with the doctor. On the 2nd appointment, I called and said I was running about 5 minutes late because of traffic and was around the corner and was told I would need to reschedule. Got off work early today to make sure I got here on time. Arrived 30 minutes early to be told this was going to be a remote visit. I told the lady I had already told them I don’t want a remote visit and to just forget it. Wasted my time and gas 3 times. If the doctor doesn’t want to come in to actually see the patient, just say it’s remote before the person gets to the office and stop wasting other people’s time! If you want to be home, don’t call yourself a doctor. You’re a stay at home person who wants people to give them money for basically nothing! Don’t waste your time here at the Conyers office. Go somewhere else to see a real live doctor and not an imaginary one!

Lower quality glasses even the better brand glasses are lower quality than competitors, also some of the people there to help you have an attitude.

The staff here are simply wonderful, as well as the opticians. I decided to go with glasses this time rather than contacts and everyone was so helpful. I want to thank Dr. Cowen, DR.V, Melissa, David, Meki and Shandra specifically, who have helped us at each appointment, always going above and beyond. Me and my husband have been coming here for years, and we will continue to do so. Excellent customer service. 10 stars ?

I had a fantastic experience at American Best Contact & Eye Classes on Dogwood Dr. The associates were incredibly friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered. It was evident that everyone was eager to assist customers.A special shoutout to Ray, who did an amazing job changing the screws on my daughter's glasses. She was having an issue with one side, and Ray's expertise and assistance were truly commendable. I highly appreciate the excellent service provided by the associates. Overall, a positive and customer-focused environment that I would highly recommend.

Been here for almost 2 hours and still haven’t even been called to take a test. Peak of flu season and this location has a packed waiting room elbow to elbow can’t even sit down without someone sneezing or coughing on you. Very inconsiderate of the customer’s scheduling that’s for sure.

Terrible customer service & they messed up my son's prescription TWICE. This was supposed to be a quick way to get some cheap glasses. What a HEADACHE & with zero accountability on the staff's part.

This place couldn't give me the right contacts, and waiting three weeks for trials was frustrating. But the trials were wrong. Another three weeks, still wrong.The sales lady got upset when I said I couldn't afford glasses. I don't recommend this place.

All RISE!!!! THE QUEENS COURT IS NOW IN SESSION!!! You may take a virtual seat. First of all, I must acknowledge Christ as the head of my life and forever grateful for continuously placing the RIGHT people in my life at the RIGHT time. The QUEEN has struggled for a while with headaches ?.... I knew something needed to be done, because my vision became progressively worse. I prayed about it and GOD CAME THROUGH WITH A SOLUTION!!!AMERICA'S BEST CONTACTS AND EYEGLASSES!!!!YASSS-N-DEEDY!!!! The STAFF WAS AWESOME!!! AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES UNMATCHED!!!!I got my glasses and 20/20 BACK LIKE IT NEVER LEFT!!!!
