“I had a wonderful experience at Hobby Lobby, and I especially want to recognize Jaymia, the cashier. She was extremely friendly, patient, and welcoming. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. She made the checkout process smooth and pleasant, and it’s clear that she takes pride in helping customers. Customers need to be more understanding retail is very overwhelming I did it for years. She was still nice after dealing with a very unpleasant customer.”
