Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Uninformative. I recently went into this store because my phone had been stolen, and seeing it is this is the first time my AT&T phone had been stolen, I did not know the process. I live alone, so i wrote down direction to the nearest store. I was greeted by "Jasmine" and I explained the theft. Her first response was, "Are you insured?" To which I did not know the answer to, because I am a member of a family plan. But assumed YES. Once we accessed the account, through phone number, I was told the account manager (my brother) would have to be present in the store in person with an ID in order to proceed any further. He lives 2 hrs away. Upon her instructions, I used the desk phone to call my brother and request them communicate in my stead, im sure it was a contrived and redundandt conversation. Long story short, my next step was to drive the time and distance to a store local to the account manager. Now THAT dude knew how to do his job. He'll be getting a nice review... Firstly, insurance claims aren't handled in store (good to know, Jasmine, glad i drove 2 hrs both ways). Secondly, I discover that before I had even pulled out the parking lot ( mind you parked directly in front of the glass entry door) my brother had called back with another solution (something a store manager should know, Jasmine) and asked her to flag me down, she refused to do so much as walk to the door and wave me back. (Thanks Jasmine, great customer service) All in all. I feel like I was treated like a child or a criminal, not a customer, and the "managers" at this location need better training, work ethic, and customer values.

The representative, Rakeya (not sure of the spelling), was very knowledgeable, helpful, amiable, and very patient as we dealt with issues with the old carrier I was leaving to switch over to AT&T. I highly recommend her and this location.

Edrionne was so patient and helpful. I was in that store with him for two hours!!! Just to get a new phone activated. He never seemed upset or tried to send me to a corporate store. He was determined to help me and he did. I’ll be back to do business with him soon! I do have one small complaint. I came back later that evening to port a number and add a watch line. I was not advised there would be a $35 activation line for the watch. Had I been told I would have waited as the first bill is always the most expensive. I was not expecting to pay $35. This is not how business is conducted as I’m a first time ATT customer Xfinity does not charge activation fees so this is totally unknown to me. And for the manager to neglect telling me I feel it was purposely done as I would have probably held off. Not happy as of current

Jasmine at the AT&T store on flat Shoals in Conyers Georgia was an amazing representative , And assisting me with paying off my phone and getting a new phone and was able to transfer text messages, phone numbers, my Google calendar everything from the old phone to the new phone showed me how to work my phone. She was an amazing wrap. The store was clean. Everyone was nice representatives were very nice. People greeted me when I came in.

Gotta say this is by far the best location we have been in yet, all the employees are very helpful and polite and the store manager even helps customers instead of passing them off to the other employees. They set us right on up and it didn’t take all day and night. Will be returning back to this location in the future.

I don't like saying bad things about anybody but the truth must be told. The first young lady I saw was quite rude and really had no care. However manager and parking lot was awesome.

I went in to purchase another screen protector and the man that work there AMAZING. He remembered my first and last name and got everything I needed done in less than five minutes. He even put together my new phone mount for my car and put it in. I went in to spent $8 and he told me about other items he had and I spent over $70. I love going to this new store they are very helpful. I was his first customer who bought the IPhone 15 in store and I wasn't even planning on buying a phone. He convinced me to upgrade because I was going to keep my XR into it stopped working. He(sorry I don’t know his name) know a lot about the phones. Thank youI added a picture of my screen protector he replaced in like 2min and the new mount I got I’m in love with.This review for the location on Flat Shoals. It’s new.

I went to this store on Thursday because it doesn't have much. They opened to the public and the service was excellent and fast. Aiden was very attentive and answered all my questions. I liked it and it only took about 15 minutes. Thank you att for having people who like to do their work.this store is at flat shoals and 138at conyers thank you
