Rudest people I have dealt with. No one greeted me when I walked in the door. I had to walk all the way to the desk just to get some acknowledgement. James was sitting at a table on his phone.. no help whatsoever. He was rude & unprofessional. Horrible customer service.

I went into the location in Conyers, GA where I had purchased other items in the past. I decided after purchasing the living room that I wanted to add the Ashburn II Cocktail Ottoman to my living room. I went into the store placed my order and purchased it. When I received the item four days later it was tattered, staples were protruding from the ottoman and instead of the ottoman coming with the four plastic (wooden looking) legs, someone had drilled metal hinges on it. The guy delivered it and put it in my living room. When I moved the ottoman for better placement, I could hear the scraping underneath. The ottoman was USED. I took the ottoman back to the store where the young lady who had helped me was just as shocked. The manager's reaction told me was that he was well aware of this "trick" delivery in an attempt to sell me a piece of junk. I asked for my return of my payment for the ottoman and the manager who really did not care, asked if I wanted them to order some legs for the item. So, I guess he felt that I would be okay with a torn item with metal legs which scrapped my hardwood floor in my newly constructed house, as long as I could purchase legs. I ended up going to another location where I was provided with a NEW wrapped ottoman.I should mention that just two days earlier this same manager told me that he was NOT the manager when I spoke to him. I guess he forgot that he had spoken to me in person in the past. I will never purchase anything else from this company as a result of the manager's action.

I visited the store this week to purchase three rooms of furniture. I noticed there were a washer and dryer on clearance and ask the manager James Walker. What was wrong with the washer and dryer and he told me he didn't know for me to look at it and find out and I asked him what kind of response was that for for a manager to give a customer. He, then leaned back on the counter, put his hands in his pants pocket and acted as if I was not in the store, and I told him I was going to report him, he said he didn't care! WOW! He just refuse to even acknowledge I was there, and this is not the first time this manager has been rude to me or the employees I've seen it several times, and I have complained to the owner of the store And this person is still allowed to be a manager and serve the public. He is also the manager for the Covington Store and which I said I would go to purchase the items. I just cancelled the order the next day because they allow someone with such disrespect and so little customer service to manage both stores and the owner not acknowledge the wrong that this person is doing to the business makes me wonder about his customer service skills. Corporate office really needs to intervene! I refuse to continue to do business at this look at these locations but the young ladies and gentlemen that works there are always willing to help.The deliveries are so wonderful. It is the manager, James Walker that makes the experience of shopping in the stores very bad for the customers. He should be made to take classes about his arrogant ego or fired! I would give a zero star if I could!

Comment to response - I'm tired of getting the same outcome. If you want to try to help with my situation, I'm a long time customer so you will know how to get in touch with me!Purchased furniture 2 years ago and it is peeling, chipping already. 2 pieces were approved for replacement which is wonderful! . Problem is they do not have my set anymore even though my warranty on my set is for 3 years. I had submitted a claim for the remainder of the pieces that are starting to Chip and peel. (Told by corporate to do this) I was denied due to accumulation of damage is not covered! What is joke...approve 2 pieces of furniture but if you accumulate more pieces it is denied! I added pictures when claim was approved in February. I've been going back and forth with them to approve rest of pieces and in just 4 months the damage is 80% worse now. You'll know what this furniture is

If I could give a solid 0 I would! My entire experience with them has been the absolute worst. From the delivery which was back in 1/2022 until now 8/2022. So first, I was supposed to be paying for a whole "new kitchen set" after waiting way pass my 12 weeks for delivery. Once received I find out its the bench for the "floor" that everyone has been sitting on! They are giving me a "discount" for the used. Then delivery was set back twice without notification supposedly due to being inconvenienced we received a "discount" for that. Where in the world are all these discounts!??? Then my table is all scratched up I thought the entire set came from the floor. The delivery guys were supposed to make sure the set was tightened up upon delivery NOT!!!! My husband had to do it because everything was unstable and felt like it was about to fall apart. Definitely uploading pictures!!!PEOPLE STAY STAY AWAY FROM BADCOCK.... and yes corporate is even worst not even worth calling them they won't do anythingLol it won't even allow me to post or upload my pictures and believe me I'm trying.
