Very sad! Dunkin Donuts sells itself! To think that an order was made incorrectly, and there was not one iota of thought to make the coffee as ordered is just plain lazy! Truly disappointing!

I ordered a cake on a Tuesday for a Friday AM pickup. I went in to get in and they didn’t have it because they “just didn’t make it.” I’m still giving them two stars because the staff that was there at the time did their best to help me and did end up finding a premade cake that was close to what I ordered. Don’t depend on this location.

Truthfully, if I could give 0 stars, I would. We have stopped going to this DD/BR even though it is less than a mile from our neighborhood. We drive 20 minutes to the one on GA 20 These guys are always out of stock, actually sometimes I think they just tell me that so they don't have to take my order. The facility is never clean and on one occasion, the worker actually rolled his eyes at me. To his horror, my daughter called him out. Needless to say, this DD/BR is on our no-go list.

Tried 4 previous times and they never have a waffle cone. I guess today was my lucky day as they finally had one available. I ordered a double scoop on a waffle and this is what I got. I paid almost $6 for this. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Staff was friendly which is why I'm giving them 2 stars. Ordered 2 shakes, should be simple enough. What we received was 2 glasses of milk with some chocolate chip like substance in them. Couldn't taste any chocolate at all. Used to love Baskin Robbins.

Customer Service sucked!! Used drive thru and front door was locked. Asked what kid friendly flavors. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry was the workers answer. Ok really so I ask if they have cotton candy. Yes they do. No I don't expect you to tell me all 31 flavors. But to say the standard ones. Took 20 minutes for 3 people to make 3 scoops of ice cream. Never again, I can get my kids something from the store.

Simply the sorriest staff that the incompetent management team could have scraped out of the unemployment line. Placed a very simple order for a very simple cake. The very simple staff failed to notify me that they could not make it. (For reasons unspecified, because again, I never got a call or a voicemail as was claimed). I called the store and they told me they didn’t have it but I could buy one that was inside. They hung up before telling me I could actually come into the store. Not even 30 seconds later I park the car to go in and they told me they sold the cake… That they just told me I could have. If I already paid $30 for a cake that you failed to provide, why would you not reserve the cake that I am literally outside for because you told me I could have it not even a minute ago? No common sense. Upon entering the staff was rude, apathetic, lazy, and the store was musty like old mop water. They tell me I can pick another cake, all of which were tacky and freezerburnt, or get a refund, which I can’t get unless I have the card that I order with. (I drove an hour away from home to pickup the order placed with a relative’s card). I hope they are satisfied with ruining the holidays, this is an embarrassment of an establishment.

After sitting in the drive thru about 40 minutes , wanted two sundae’s , one of the guys said they can’t make the sundaes because they didn’t have any toppings or cups this is the second time I’ve visited this store and this is my last time they need to get rid of Baskins Robbins from that location all together . Next thing they probably would say we don’t have the cups for the coffee, the owner probably don’t know or either doesn’t care .
