There is a big difference in the batteries Cr123 and Cr123A!!! It’s not a packaging difference as the young lady assured me when I purchased the batteries. So now I’m stuck with expensive batteries I can’t return because store clerk gave bad advice.

Needed a laptop charging cord, couldn't find one anywhere. The young man told me to bring in my laptop and he would try to find one that fit- rather than buying it and it not be the right one. He tried every one in the store and really gave it his best- I appreciated that. Still had to order the cord, but the assistance I received was excellent.

Today when I went into this location, As soon as I walked into the store...There was a very loud smell of Marijuana coming from inside the store. As I approached the counter, I realized it was coming from where the employees actually work. I got sick immediately!!!My throat is struggling to get air. Such a miserable feeling.Guess everybody just gets high and goes to work.Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Went in to get a replacement battery for my key fob. The associate said there would be a one time fee of $14.99 or a lifetime fee of $20.99 (I think but I could be wrong). I didn't understand and thought he meant the one time or lifetime fee was the battery charge. He got exasperated and had to explain again. After I understood what he meant (one time or lifetime fee plus cost of battery) I advised that I only needed the battery. I could change it myself. My boyfriend had an issue with his battery when purchased here awhile back (it didn't work) so I asked if the batteries were going to work. He said yes. I said ok cool. I paid for the batteries and left. Got where I was going, changed the battery, attempted to lock my car and nothing! The battery doesn't work. I will be using the pack back tomorrow and getting my money back. I would NOT recommend this location. ?
