Purchased a Lenovo computer, had problems and the Geek squad, namely, Thomas, Kevin and Jordan worked to make sure everything was properly resolved. I appreciate the friendly, professional customer service I received.

Worst Customer Service experience, but unfortunately I notice this a lot living in Georgia. The store employee explained to me the difference between a Roku, and a Fire Stick, and told me the price is basically the same, but recommend the Roku, because it upgrades on it on. I go to the check out to pay, and was advised a different price. I told the cashier I was advised a different price, and also explained my situation to the manager of the store as well. They refused to honor the price. The manager says the employee is new, and he handed me the wrong item, but he was knowledgeable to explain the product to me for 10 minutes. Customer's service in Georgia is beyond the worst experience I have experienced. People need to speak up, because we are the ones giving them our MONEY in this state.

Very slim selection on the new phone cases but I found some that will work. Had to exchange one right after the purchase bc it didn't fit and the cashier who checked me out said she couldn't find my receipt. I got it exchanged after she finally found it and I ended up leaving my change for her. All in all I was grateful I was able to get phone cases bc I live in North Carolina.

I had a great experience shopping at the Best Buy in Conyers. We were assisted by a lovely young woman, possibly the manager. She was patient in assisting me with my gas stove and TV purchase. Thumbs-up ? Best Buy.

Worst shopping experience ever in my 65 years of living. Made a TV purchase over $2000. The TV was never delivered,then they tack on a membership that I did not agree to purchase. I requested a store manager to call me...never happened. Never got an apology or nothing. I had to report this to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission for interstate Fraud. I'd recommend that consumers purchase from Brands Mart or Walmart

Experience was good, the people was very helpful and nice plus they had firestick on sale for 20 bucks I couldn't believe it lol. It's hard to find good customer service in Georgia point blink so great job best buy I'll be back.

Staff isn’t properly trained on phone trade ins. Spent 20 minutes on me wanting to prove my phone is with at&t. Then told me I can’t trade my phone in cause it’s not paid off. After I told them it wasn’t paid off. They lost out on a 700$ iPad sale. I drove 46 minutes to conyers to shop at a different store I do not deal with incompetence. They also was using there personal cellphone to put my IMEI on random websites to see if my phone was with AT&T

While the associates were cordial, the cell phone display was very picked over and not well marked. I'm also not sure why I am paying for a Geek Squad account. They couldn't service my phone without sending it out - big waste of money and time. On the other hand PC After Dark in Covington was able to do a soft reset and revived the screen on my phone for no charge. Don't waste your money on GS!

I sent in my computer to be diagnosed because it had water damage. After the repair center lost my laptop, I was finally able to get it shipped back to my local store, but when I picked it up, I saw that there was a giant dent on the back of my computer. I called the customer service number, and they said they were sending it to escalations and that the local store would call me back. I did finally receive a call, but the gentleman wasn't able to help me and told me he was going to call me back, and I waited for a call back for 11 days. Then I had to drive all the way to the store just for them to tell me that my only options was for me to buy a new computer at a discounted price or pay $1600 for my original problem and they would fix what they damaged . In the end, my only compensation was a refund for the shipping. I'm am completely frustrated and disgusted at both geeksquad and bestbuy, and I will never use geek squad service again.

Visited this store multiple times and the service each time has been subpar. Associates are not knowledgeable of item locations and inventory is low in comparison to other stores.

As of my visit in August of 2023, this location has not resumed pre-pandemic hours. Best Buy should consider establishing a closing time that is later than 8pm. They stop letting customers in the store at 7:45pm. There is nothing worse than walking up to the entrance of a business establishment before they officially close, and they have closed early. Smh...

The manager Cynthia was horrible very rude to staff and customers. Best Buy please do better on who should be promoted. The management was very poor I went to buy AirPods and her attitude was horrible towards other customers. I ended up going to the Snellville location. She should not be in management horrible representation of the company.

The lady at the help desk was great. But the cashier and other employees seem to have their own thing going on. Even after asking for help to get something, they brought it to the register and then just left us there. We had to find someone to ring us up because everyone kept walking by.

This isn't the best example of a best buy store. Service is really slow and it always seems like the people in front of you in line are doing some kind of science experiment. Buying things shouldn't be this hard or take this long.
