The only good customer service experience I have had at this location was the with the gentlemen in the Tire department. They were very kind and helpful. I needed to visit member services and the associate that helped me was bothered and seemed like she didn't want to process my transaction. I tried to use the restroom and was informed that the restrooms were closed and that I needed to leave the store, walk outside and all the way over to the Tire area in the rain. The state of the temporary restrooms was absolutely disgusting... I understand that things happen... but there was literally feces in the hinges of the toilet lids, wiped on the counters.. it was so gross I would literally piss on myself than use their temporary restrooms.

Went to the Conyers store this morning. My shopping experience is usually great. Today I had to use the restroom. Walked to the front of the store and a store associate said the bathroom was out of order. She told me I could use a portable unit in the tire department. I said are you serious? I had to leave the store to go to the restroom. I did come back to finish my shopping and pay for my items. This is ridiculous that the store has no working restrooms for customers. Where are the employees going to the bathroom? This is ridiculous and very bad customer service. If there was a Sam's closer I would not come back to this store.

I was with their competitors for more than 20 years. BJ’s is much closer than driving across town, I was a little leery trying a new place. To my surprise, I was having some technical difficulties with the online application. When I went to the store John assisted me with the application, because no one was at the customer service desk at the time. When Tanisha came back, she was so friendly and assisted me with my membership. It was close to closing time, (usually people are ready for their place to close and ready to go). As I was quickly picking up my items, Robin asked if I needed any help or looking for anything. When I approached the register to my surprise, John was my cashier and just as friendly and replied, “take your time”. I am so glad I decided to give them a try. I was so surprised that there are still people in the customer service business, that gives you the excellent “customer service” experience. They went above and beyond and seemed to be happy to be at work. Thank you all, for making my first experience great! They should have them lead training. BJ’s my new “bulk” home.

Go to any other BJs, in and out of state, and the service is great but not this location. And the gas station area is always a mess. The attendants never come out to assist; just let things be a mess. The ones in the club usually have attitudes. Nicest people with great customer service are usually at the doors. Its beyond frustrating for frequent customers and members that actually live in the area. Sad part is this is long going and BJs corp has yet to address the issues of this location.

Every last electronic cart for the handicapped is out of order. If you know that, how about getting new ones or having them fixed. So you mean to tell me that not all customers are welcomed considering if you can’t walk far or at all, you won’t be able to navigate through the store bc the negligent management doesn’t care to fix this issue?

People pull up and pull away in and out parking lot, speaking about stock ownership maybe so, wifi compatibility stock shelves were high compacted, entry through male clothing is sight to see price and size is a bargain, atmosphere BJ's is different than recent Sam's club, more popular environment, more liked items to purchase and cooked goods were more liked, Apple barters sales cell phone but tried to sale me a Samsung flip, MIMI sales rep. postioning follow her up with ideas, my Apple co. Expertise suggest Apple CEO is my opposite in PR approach maybe. BJ's checkout line is swift I prefer standing in it than competitor wholesale, Gas station is same in applicable arrival and departure. Somewhat time was on amd popping.

It’s always a pleasure to shop here. Today Shawn in Optical went above and beyond for me. I stopped by to see if he could adjust some sunglasses for me that I bought elsewhere, they sat crooked on my face. He fixed them in leas than 5 minutes free of charge.

Look at the expiration dates. They will keep expired items on the shelf on purpose. Because I was looking at the salad dressings and every single one was expired, told a floor worker, they looked at it and left them on the shelf. This has happened three different occasions with different items.

Guy selling at&t phones and plans today may be better off selling water at the front door. I'd actually pay more than purchase from him b/c ppl with his tactics and uncontrolled emotion often hide things.

On 7/14/23 My husband and I visited the BJs in Conyers Ga,This was our first visit to any BJ’s store ,We’re still learning the area and have been receiving mail from BJ’s to open a New Membership at a discounted price.The previous night I was online attempting to open a New Membership for 20$, however I experienced several errors and was not successful in doing so.Therefore we decided To visit the store to open the membership.We waited in line Nagendra was the associate working the membership line upon arrival I explained to Nagendra I was there to open a New membership for 20$ as I attempted to do so online and was not successful.He stated he was not able to honor the 20$ because it was an offer online only,I then asked about any in store promotions he stated they weren’t any.He then told me I can pay 59.99 for a membership or if I make a purchase without a membership I would pay cost plus I think 20% and if I open an account within 7 days I would get the 20% difference back,Nagendra was not customer oriented at all and he made it known he could care less about helping us.While in the store I chatted with an associate from corporate and was told to go back to the service desk and he could very much so honor the fee .Nagendra refused to help us at that point I guess due to shame or embarrassment he told another member to honor the code he could’ve honored from the start .we ended up paying 25$ instead of 20$ which wasn’t a big deal,by the time we checked out I think I only purchased like 2 or 3 items instead of a cart and pallet I originally came for.This was a very bad experience for us and I’m pretty sure getting this membership will more than likely go to waste…..
