  Shoddy work the first time and poor communication. Trim flew off driving down the road. The right tire was scrubbing the inside fender and the door locks wouldn’t work in the passenger side. Still had dents in the door. When I called they said no problem they would look at it and order parts. They tell you when you pick up the vehicle to refrain from giving a bad review and bring it back if something is wrong with it.
  
  I took it in a week later and they looked and said they would order parts and let me know when they had word on the parts. Never heard from them until I called over a week later. Then I wanted a different repair shop and my insurance said no we have already paid them. I reluctantly took it back and the shop did pay for a rental.
  
  They kept the truck for over two weeks before I heard anything. When I finally heard from the manager he said in a Friday it would be ready the following Monday or Tuesday. Well no surprise I didn’t hear from him Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday. He called Friday after 2pm to let me know it was ready. I went and picked it up Saturday morning.
  
  The manager who told me it would be ready proceeded to tell me this time “people lost their jobs over this truck”. Keep in mind he had already told me originally that they had “illness” in their shop and that’s why the work wasn’t completed properly and then that’s why the communication was poor.
  
  Stay far far far away from this shop on old Covington road in Conyers. If you are a GEICO customer ask for a different shop. I do not think they care about the customer or their vehicle enough to call or follow through on promises made. If you do go good luck and God Speed to you.

  Just take your car there. Service was fast and quick. My car looks like it was never in a wreck. Constant communication and updates provided. Front office staff funny and informative. Danny was a great advisor!
