“I went in to pick up my bath and body works online purchased. I had the worst customer service. Left out and went to JCPenney to see if I could find any items, which I. I met several sales people throughout the store and they all were friendly and very helpful with my shopping experience today. I want to give a shout-out to the cashier in the Junior department she was so helpful and answer all my questions nicely. She directed to the fitting room and then I'm checking be out with a friendly smile. It was about 5 p.m.
Bath and body works should take customer service and management training from JC Penney. We need more business like JC Penney in our community.

“Great employees! Nice store. My only issue is that there is an abundance of toddler clothes for girls but the toddler boy section is slim. Offer more boy toddler clothes please!”
