DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!
Especially if an insurance company is paying for the repairs, they may cause additional damages. BE AWARE or research around before receiving services here.They will not properly access your vehicle before it leaves the facility. I had issues with my vehicle shifting funny days after picking it up from this place after being here over a month or so for repairs. Please take your vehicle somewhere that ppl work with integrity.

The absolute worst customer service experience ever!!! After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment for my car to be dropped off for assessment and repair they rescheduled my appointment the day of my appointment and when I questioned them the Manager hung up on me. If you have low expectations have your car repaired here

I hit a deer and under my car and the front was damaged. My driver side was th worse. I took my car to Classic collision on dogwood in conyers. They didn't communicate with me to inform on what was going on so because of that,they had my car for over 30 days which made me go over the 30 days my insurance pay for a rental car.I had to pay and additional 700.00 in rental out of my own pocket.They had my car for over they 30 days because the workers there broke my arm rest and my driver seat which was not vroke before I took it in.When I brought this situation up to them they tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor by fixing it when they broke it.They are the WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

My tailgate had a small dent. I was told that it needed to be replaced. The services were done timely & it appeared to be good cosmetically. My tailgate will not open at all using the handle control. It intermittently opens using the key fob and indoor control. It’s been a year now and it’s still not operable. Initially I waited 6 months to have the problem evaluated because CC said their machine to test mechanical issues was inoperable. They never once called to update me but I had to continuously call them. Fast forward I took it back twice and they could show me at that moment that it worked the one time that they pressed the remote, but later it only opened intermittently. The handle control has not opened the tailgate since the initial repair. They told me that the handle had to be replaced and the part could take 6 months to arrive. I have waited and waited. I called to see if the handle had arrived and was told that my tailgate had been fixed. I reminded them that it had not been fixed and that we were waiting on the new part to arrive. I was then told that I would receive a call back in a moment once they check on the progress of the handle order. No one has called me back. I have called and my calls have not been returned. I have dealt with the same person the entire time. I think his name is Danny. I just want my tailgate to open as it was opening before they replaced it. If they can’t fix it then send it to BMW. I am sick of the back and forward after more than a year.Service: Body & Trim
