“I needed a rental to recover my deceased brother's tools. I was referred to this location and I can see why! Courtney was very helpful and super friendly. She walked me through every step of the rental process and was professional and thorough every step of the way. I returned the 16ft truck back when she had already left but in the morning I called when I realized I was missing my car keys. Courtney had her service technician, James if I can recall correctly, go through the cab of the rental and there it was! Courtney swiftly reached out to me and saved me a whole key replacement fee. She is super awesome. If you have your own business and need a rental.. go to this location. Also the truck that we used was surprisingly well serviced. No complaints at all! Thank you Courtney and James! Stellar work!”

“Overall good experience, but it can definitely be improved. This is a place where you cannot really use the mobile phone. Once you’ve completed everything and uploaded all data & files - you’re directed to the office where they can’t see any of those and you have to start over. It’s a waste of time. If this is advertised as a place to use a mobile phone - it has to be raised to that standard. Other than that quite good.”
“This past Saturday 2.28.26 we had a appointment to have trailer hitch installed. We received a call saying the tech was ill and would not be in on Saturday, from Ms.Bianca. We understood. She said she was going to get us a appointment at another location and would call us back. Within 10 min we received a call from her saying, they couldn't get us a appointment at a different location but to come on in at the one on Dogwood Drive. She had called another tech and he was going to come there to install it. We were VERY happy with the service Ms. Bianca gave us and with the Technician who came to do the work. Will definitely do business with them again.”
