On 11/10/23 I WENT TO CONYERS NISSAN TO GET MY OIL AND FILTER CHANGED AS WELL AS A TIRE ROTATION AND AIR IN ALL FOUR TIRES!! ON SATURDAY 11/11/23 I WENT TO A WEDDING AND MY TIRE ORESSURE LIGHT CAME ON STATING "TIRE PRESSURE IS LOW"! I WAS FURIOUS BECAUSE IS THE SECOND TIME CONYERS NISSAN SERVICE DEPT DID NOT CHECK OR PUT AIR IN ALL FOUR TIRES ON MY SENTRA AND WHAT REALLY MADE ME ANGRY IS I PAID FOR A TIRE ROTATION AND I SPEIFICALLY TOLD THE SPECIALIST WHO CHECKED ME IN TO MAKE SURE AIR IS PUT IN ALL OF MY TIRES!! THEY USED TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE HERE NOW ITS HAS GONE DOWN SINCE THE PANDEMIC, NO CAR WASHES AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THEIR JOBS!! ALSO PUTTING THEIR FRIENDS IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE EARLY!! THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS FOR SHABBY SERVICE! I WILL BE GOING TO ANOTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIP FROM NOW IN I COULD HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT YESTERDAY IN THE WET RISDS DUE TO NO LOW TIRE ORESSURE IN ALL IF MY TIRES! I DESERVE ALL OF MY MONEY BACK FOR THEIS INCOMPETENCE!!

Really wish I could give them a zero star, The service department lies and try to oversell, Told me my transmission had a problem transmission was just service no problems, Also said to check the air in my tires did not got in the car. Tire pressures were all over the place.,, Would not recommend anybody to the service department

I was sent a 39.95 coupon to get my oil changed and I get it changed and I am checking out, they add a supply fee on there and I asked her what that was for and she didn't know so she called somebody up there and he said it was for the disposal of the oil and all this other crap but My car is 2016 and I've been getting my oil changed there since then and it's never in addition to my bill. it's always been included whether they charge for it or not. It was included in the price. So anyway the price ended up being $50 and some. And the last time I was there I waited 2 hours and he came out and told me that they didn't have an oil filter. So I had to reschedule after waiting there for 2 hours. This place sucks , they don't care. They are rude

II own a 2021 Nissan Sentra!!!This place is a nightmare! 3 weeks ago I went there to get an oil change and tire rotation when pulling in I told the service advisor this is what I needed and I was hearing a noise and I was TOLD It could be my struts please have your tech look and let me know what I need .. 2 hrs later he comes back and says yea the tech advises you replace 2 struts instead of just the one bad one along with needing 1 other thing all costing 1221.. this was on a Monday.. on Tuesday I take my car back to get the repairs!! After 11 hours... my brake line being broken by the tech... they hand me the bill and say btw your tire is still messed up you need wheel bearings! NOW they never said anything about that !! when I asked why it wasn't mentioned the reply was WE GAVE YOU WHAT YOU ASKED FOR..I'm not a mechanic so I asked and trusted them to tell me what the problem was! After a heated conversation they say we will work out a deal on the bearings come back THURSDAY! I leave.. while driving my car sounds TERRIBLE and now the SYSTEM MALFUNCTION light is on! I make a stop get back in the car and it doesn't start..finally after a few attempts it starts and I get home. I decide to go up there on Wednesday for someone to do something I'm missing all these days from work I might add.. this is my only means of transportation!! While up there explaining I need someone to fix my car TODAY things get heated and the team was very rude saying you were told to come Thursday why are you here!!? after a heated debate I leave and go back Thursday to talk to the manager Mark... he tries to explain they gave me what I asked for .. there was no need for a diagnostic because that's what I asked for but he would do the repairs with no labor costs that bill was 1227!! what a joke... for some wheel bearings and he says this car is in TERRIBLE CONDITION.. MY GOD HOW ARE YOU DRIVING IT .. ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IT FALLS APART... your tech didn't know that Tuesday?? When all I needed was 2 struts and a transmission flush?? Well .. I take my car back on FRIDAY to get fixed.. drive away the car is still making a noise and the light popped back on! I called Mark on Saturday and he said bring it back TUESDAY... I've already missed a week of work !! So I called NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS and reported the situation.. parts were put on my car I didn't need the repairs were done and my car is still not fixed and is worse shape than it was when I started!! The light is still on my battery now all of a sudden is done so Mark said because Nissan is putting CHEAP batteries in there cars and battery life is only gonna last 2 years ! so I had to buy a battery 300!!!How coincidental... my headlight went out.. nails in my tire.. all on the left side of my car.!! and now Nissan Conyers had the nerve to send me a coupon for 100 OFF the labor with a recommendation of upcoming problems on my car which is the CV JOINTS!! I took it to Nissan Pleasant Hill to find out 15 screws were left off the splash guard under the car!! Good ole MARK Said they didn't do that!! There's a recall they didn't mentioned and now I'm out of about 3000 my car is no good and it's still new!! A 2021 NISSAN SENTRA .. I just found out all the Nissan dealerships are independently owned therefore Consumer Affairs couldn't help me resolve my issue!! I now have to pay MORE MONEY to actually get my car fixed somewhere else!! I'm not in the position to just throw money away so I'm seeking legal counsel to see what I can do!! I ADVISE EVERYONE .. DRIVE PASS NISSAN CONYERS ... as a matter of fact !! DRIVE PASS ALL NISSAN DEALERS according to Mark they are putting CHEAP PARTS IN YOUR BRAND NEW VEHICLES!!!....all of this .. I should have just stuck with the 59 oil change Tawanna Sunkins!

Anthony Small was very friendly and helpful from the time that I walked in the door to the time I walked out the door. To be honest he needs a raise. He kept me in the know of everything that was going on with my car and made great recommendations. I really appreciate him and his great customer service.

Cannot get in touch with the service department. Waited several times , spoke with receptionist who transferred me and still no answer over & over . This is terrible customer service . Yet I get calls and mail wanting my business. Very disappointed .

I had an agreement from the sales person that they would provide me with a back up key for my used vehicle that I purchased and I can pick it up the following day the following day when I was contacted, they wanted me to pay for the key

I brought my car in due to the check engine light, I was told I needed to replace my radiator along with the upper & lower hoses. The repairs were done car picked up & my check engine light is still on!!! Jerry my advisor didn’t provide the bare minimum amount of customer service, he told me to bring the car back! I dare not!!!! I will take my car to Duluth from here on out even though I live in Conyers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would recommend this location to my worst enemy. My last oil change i waited 4 hours!! I was in like at 6:30 am i was the 3rd line in car and did not receive my car until 10:50 am! I don’t understand the operation of this location. I had to ask the status of my car for them to tell me it was done. At that point I told myself i would never return. The manager then called me a couple of days later after the service to see how my visit was. I told her what happened and she told me this location hired an extra person to update everyone on their status of the cars even tho I had to ask the status myself. I told her i never got updated. She then apologized and told me she put a free oil change on my account. I then sent my husband to get my oil changed . When he went to get an oil change they told him me there was nothing on my account. I then called the service department and asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold twice for over 10 minutes. I then hung up and called again just to speak to the same advisor i told her i was on hold for too long and needed to speak to the manager. She said he’s not even in the office. So i asked what was the purpose of her putting me on hold. I then asked for her name twice just and she refused to tell me and hung up on me. End of story i did not get my oil change i refuse to give another dime to this location.Service: Oil change
