Came in for oil change, never have I waited 2.5 hours but this visit I did. I watch people who arrived at least 20-30min after my arrival for the same service leave before me. I love the service from the consultants and sales staff but Nissan Conyers need to do a better job of triaging vehicles for the most efficient and timely service

My Manager Currand Cobb was great. He was enthusiastic, polite and, detailed oriented when explaining the work to be done and the billing. The Mechs/Techs did a great job servicing my vehicle and returned my vehicle "clean". The waiting room was very comfortable although my wait was not too long as the work was completed in a timely manner. All around great experience.

Really wish I could give them a zero star, The service department lies and try to oversell, Told me my transmission had a problem transmission was just service no problems, Also said to check the air in my tires did not got in the car. Tire pressures were all over the place.,, Would not recommend anybody to the service department

I went in for an oil change and although there were people already waiting I was out very fast. After my car was ready, my service advisor, Pedro Garcia explained in detail the condition of my car and even told me about a rewards plan that us customers have which is pretty neat! Overall great service!

Dropped car off for scheduled maintenance. Customer service is always great but the Service Center shined most this day. Service was fast and accurate. Thanks Conyers Nissan team for your service and my advisor Anthony, for your outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Me and my husband Thomas visited today and Chandler our salesman was awesome. Cool to find out we were his sale. He was very nice and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Chandler we appreciate it and love our new Nissan!!!

1 service advisor said we'll b right with you however he never came back so I walked into the service office and stood there for almost 10 minutes b4 a service advisor said can I help u ( he was busy and I understood he couldn't help me) after he asked another service advisor who was just chit chatting with his coworker it still took a good 5 minutes for service. Then when I came 2 pick up my car I had to walk up a hill 2 get it ( mind u I just had knee surgery) after turning on my car I realized the psi in my tires recommended 33 psi it's up 2 38psi so disappointed now I have 2 take my car somewhere else 2 get some of that air out because my car is bouncing all the road

I was sent a 39.95 coupon to get my oil changed and I get it changed and I am checking out, they add a supply fee on there and I asked her what that was for and she didn't know so she called somebody up there and he said it was for the disposal of the oil and all this other crap but My car is 2016 and I've been getting my oil changed there since then and it's never in addition to my bill. it's always been included whether they charge for it or not. It was included in the price. So anyway the price ended up being $50 and some. And the last time I was there I waited 2 hours and he came out and told me that they didn't have an oil filter. So I had to reschedule after waiting there for 2 hours. This place sucks , they don't care. They are rude

So I was up here at this dealership getting my mom’s car serviced because she wasn’t able to . The service person who handled her car was excellent and very knowledgeable on the things that I needed done for the car . I greatly appreciate his work and his kind attitude. As far as that , I had a simple question for Herbert aka Herb he was ducking and dodging me for no reason whatsoever. I wasn’t trying to be rude or disrespectful towards him I only wanted to check on something pertaining to the car he sold my mom . I feel as if he could’ve sat down with me for like 30 mins or so and discussed things like an adult . I’m only giving 4 stars for the service people they did wonderful but Herb is getting a negative 5 stars.

My salesman Herbert said he was going to get in touch with me when a knob arrives for my radio. 3 weeks went by call MR. HERBERT to follow up with him. He then tells me I didn’t have to come up there that he was going to ship the radio knob to me overnight and call me back with a confirmation number. That never happened. So, another 3 weeks go by my car needs to be serviced. I sent my daughter to get my car serviced and told her while she there to go to ask MR. Herbert for that same radio knob I been waiting on for two months. Nothing but run around. That a very expensive car which all parts should have been on their when I bought the car. Mr. Herbert that’s very unprofessional. I still want my radio knob ASAP.

I went for service on 9/8/23The guy who helped me was Curran or Corran (service advisor) who was very nice and seemed to be honest on what I needed done. It did take a long time I got there about 9:15am and was not done til about 12 noon and I only got an oil change. I’m not sure why so long but I wasn’t mad the wait area was clean, had charging station, complementary snacks and water, quiet and kid friendly. The bathrooms were clean as well which is ALWAYS good. Overall I had a good experience and will come back in the future.

Simply courteous, professional and helpful. Was my first experience where I did not feel that sales person was out to sell me the house even while educatingthe buyer. I completed a purchase in less than 3 hours including a test drive. Bravo 5 stars

Conyers Nissan is great ??. Customer service was awesome. I felt so welcomed. This was my first time buying a new car in a very long time. My experience was soo hassle free & easy! Within less than two hours I was offered a deal I couldn’t resist, new car was detailed & filled with gas. And I was on my way. My salesman was Tony (he’s a really easy going guy) & Herb help out as well. Both guys were great! They got me the car I wanted without any problems.

The customer service is great. I got my nissan serviced here. Jerry was my service advisor and he took good care of me. I felt like this place was trust worthy and professional. Jerry was very honest about recommendations and what i actually needed. It was not cheap but going to dealership is always more pricey. They understood that i really needed my car back so they got me up and moving in a day so i would say they are efficient. I did not feel pressured or like they wanted to sell unneeded things. Check the website for coupons before you go. I saved $50, every little bit helps.
