Our service customer service Rep Christy was great. When I called to inquire about an appointment, she was very patient with me and helpful. When we dropped our vehicle off, she talked with my husband and me like she had known us for years... she was very personable. While our vehicle was at their service dept., she kept in touch with me keeping me informed as necessary. Christy was an integral part in making for a great experience at Courtesy Ford Conyers.
The recall repair work was completed sooner than expected and our vehicle seems to be running properly. Thanks for an all around great experience.

Customer service is great..they came through with call backs , reminders of service due dates, pick up and return was a plus. But for longer stay at their facility...you may need a rental...That has never happened for me through Ford so my pocket got burned. But, over all they are xperts and the job was well done. I recommend you give them a call.
