Awesome experience! Had I not been told otherwise, I would have sworn Gillette had been working there for decades! She deserves a certified of merit for her communication, attentiveness, thoroughness, friendliness, and overall world-class customer service. Promote her, she would really make an excellent manager or executive!!

I’ve been a customer at Courtesy Ford since 2016 and have purchased two vehicles here, but the service has completely fallen apart. Wait times are outrageous, professionalism is lacking, and communication is non-existent.
Today, I sat for fours hours just to have one tire replaced. In the past few months, I’ve spent over four hours waiting for even the simplest service. That is unacceptable.
I used to recommend this location to family and friends, even driving from Henry County because of how well I was treated in the past. But after repeated poor experiences, this will be my last visit. Courtesy Ford has lost the quality and care that once set them apart.

Justice is my go to guy! I have never had one bad experience. Nigel is the best service tech! My service is always on time, quick and they give me the best accommodations to help each time. Courtesy hung the moon with these two! My car is always at its best because of quick lane!

Absolutely Terrible, I had an appointment for 10am on today, after sitting for an hour and a half my vehicle still wasn’t serviced for a simple oil change that’s paid for in my maintenance program that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. They never give you any updates or anything, but when they finally do service your vehicle they come back with a list of useless crap to get you to spend more money. They need to get the first service right before trying to suggest something else. They are the worst service program I have ever seen. I will never return to this location again, Covington Ford is so much better, and has better service and more professional.

Absolutely terrible. I waited 4 hours for an oil change. That’s right. 4 hours for an oil change that was scheduled for an appointment. Luckily the oil change did not cost anything because it was apart of the maintenance plan that came with the vehicle purchase, but considering the wait, I should have paid for an oil change somewhere else. All of the bays were full and there was nowhere to place my vehicle. I’m assuming they were short staffed or lacked the capabilities to repair the vehicles they already had. Either way ,4 hours for an oil change/ routine inspection is embarrassing. I love Ford vehicles but this is swaying me to regret my vehicle purchase from this dealership.

Don't bring your car here. They're unprofessional. They ignore your calls and don't respond to voicemails. Don't respond to emails. They just keep you hostage while one person tells you the car is done, but they won't bring it back to you. They have a valet service to pick up your car, but sometimes they let you know they're coming, sometimes they just show up unannounced. Completely unprofessional. All for a bunch of recalls that is their fault.

I do not recommend this dealership for any service. Our 2nd time and it was as bad as the first. 10:30am appt and as soon as we arrive they tell us they can’t even start it for 2.5 hours. This was for an oil change. Do yourself a favor and drive East to Covington or South to McDonough but don’t waste your time here.

What ever happen to first door service after you pay close to $100 for The Works Package. Mechanic parked my vehicle all the way in the back after he was done servicing my car. Basically l was the last customer of the day. After Service Advisor said l will get someone to get it because we both was puzzled where was the vehicle at. She immediately said he must park he all the way from the shop. Like it's the end of the day Sir and I waited two hours for service in the first place, l had to ask when was your shop going to get my truck in for oil change service after first hour and 20 minutes have past. At least you could have parked by the Service door so l can go after l waited 2 hours for an old change and tire rotation. Then had the nerve to say l go get after l said why the hell would you park so far away from the shop. l think not Sir Mechanic lack of respect of an elderly Lady should have park in front in the first place. Just rude behavior and no consideration for the elders l see. Don't think l be back here at all.

I came in to get my oil change done, tires rotated, inspected and fluids topped off. I had a tire light on when I arrived and it was still on when I left two hours later even though it was supposed to be checked and by the paperwork they gave me it was all inspected. But I have doubts anything was done besides the oil change. I had heard employees telling customers they had an issue with the website that morning over booking the appointments but they really need to at least do the job that they chose and what customers pay for. The customer service department in the front was great but that does not make up for the fact that after my car was “serviced” I still had to go get air in my tires because they just checked off a piece of paper and did NOTHING ELSE.

WOWWW $500 for a 5 minute diagnostic should be a class felony and a mandatory transition of gender for all employees, because this is the most gayest bill i have ever recieved to date. Also the wait time was 5 weeks, were the employees taking turns making love in the back seat of my car each week???DONT EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE HOMOSEXUAL MEN TAKING YOUR MONEY AND MAKING LOVE IN THE BACKSEAT OF YOUR CAR.

Little did I know that I was purchasing "6 new tires from hell" at this facility. After the tires were installed, I drove it and immediately returned the RV because the vehicle was pulling hard to the left. They did not perform an alignment check, multi-point inspection, or test drive the RV, as they claim to do per their company inspection guidelines. As a result, this place kept my RV for nearly a month diagnosing it with complete incompetence. The problem did not exist until after they installed the tires. In addition, they quoted me truck tires and I had to research to have RV tires installed per manufacturers' recommendations. At times, I would even notice my RV sitting on the side of the road all day long. I was repeatedly promised status follow-up information but rarely received it, which caused me to be proactive if I wanted to know what was going on.After several attempts to learn about the vehicle's condition, I made a final visit to check the RV status and was handed my keys. "I had to walk approximately ¼ miles to pick up the RV from their fenced maintenance area." Why would any business unnecessarily treat their patrons with such mean spirit? And while driving, it continued to pull hard to the left. I took it to another service shop and they corrected the problem in less than 30 minutes. I also received my RV back with tire valve caps missing, and the wheel cover nuts were loose with one nut missing.I am awarding this outfit with 1-Star which should be considered very, very generous and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend that review ratings be allowed for 0 or No-Stars.During this episode, I earnestly attempted to directly communicate with management and the owner about the poor service but did not receive any responses. As a result, I felt compelled to contact Ford's Corporate Customer Service Office for assistance to return my RV back to me.I have learned the GM is extremely incapable of accepting responsibility for providing poor service and only appreciates 5-Stars. Sadly, properly managing customer service issues is a very low priority. What an unfortunate way to manage a business. Consumers, shop this service at your OWN risk!

I found the truck of my dreams with every add-on I had only hoped for without the depreciation you get with a new truck. I am delighted with Jason Worth's expertise and customer service and recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you Courtesy Ford for such amazing employees and customer service!
