Went in thinking oh this shouldn’t take too long boy was I wrong. I and another gentleman arrived at the same time along with another guy who had already been waiting with no help. So eventually a Hispanic guy comes and starts helping the guy who had already been waiting at the drop off counter and his female counterpart (Caucasian) watched the lines get longer and longer and refused to help shorten the line and get anything taken care of she doesn’t need to be there if she doesn’t want to work I missed a very important appointment due to the lack service and extended wait time

Wait with no line is at least 30 minutes. They dont even acknowledge you waiting either.

The pharmacist Anna Marie is rude and doesn’t look at you when you’re talking to her. The cashier Johnathan looks busy standing there. They didn’t even look to see if they had my medicine. Mind you it’s a non-opiate and non-pain medicine. I don’t feel good because I need my medicine And I think they judge me off the way I look. I just got done with a 10 hour shift and then to have troubles with CVS pharmacy is given. I’m so ready to not deal with Cvs and I hope these mom and Pop pharmacies stay around and put them out of Business. I know they treated others way worse and I’ve seen a cancer. Patient not be able to get a couple of her prescriptions while standing with an oxygen tube and tank while Holding onto a walker. Why does Cvs employees dislike the customers so much?

If I could give all cvs a zero star I would ; the only reason it's even one star is to leave this review. I had major surgery and was released with medicines called in and a paper prescriptions to drop off . I was asked if I was a patient there like they didn't want to fill my prescriptions. Then after confirming I was a patient they decided then they could fill the narcotic. Then was told it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Well low and behold it's the next day hours after they gave initial time , sat in a long a** like just for them to tell me to come back in 35 minutes to pick up the rest of prescriptions. I am a paying customer patient to this place and have been dealing with their shitty customer service for years. I am in legitimate pain and already had to go hours of getting behind on the medication. This will be the very last day I ever spend a dime in cvs . I will transfer and never ever ever step foot in this awful awful establishment. CVS should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for treating their customers this way. How cvs is a large corporation is beyond me and will be glad to see the day they go bankrupt. So thank you for having me travel 3 times out of my home in a vehicle for a round about okie doke after having my guts cut completely wide open !
