This location is better than most. Every now and then they're low in stock on some things, but all in all, I can usually find what I need. Today they didn't have any bags, which is the first time I've seen that happen. I had to purchase a storage bag for $2.50. Didn't think that was fair. Either you supply bags or do like Aldi tells us... Bring your own.

I really don’t know where to begin. On June 9th one of the staff threw a gift card and money at me as I completed a purchase at the register. The lady was upset that I used cash back to pay for a gift card…crazy right?! She was very rude and her body language was somewhat threatening might I add!! I filed a complaint and the GM called advising that there would be an internal investigation. Fast forward, I decided to visit the store yesterday (July 17th) and this same “unknown name lady” remains employed. She was again observed being rude to the customers. As I completed my purchase at the self checkout, a gentleman was standing at the register saying “hello” and someone from the back kept yelling out “self checkout is open”. I personally looked at the guy and asked if he had a card to use the self checkout. He responded that he only had cash and questioned me if he was able to shop in the store without a card. Still with no employee coming to his aide he yelled out “hello” again and someone yells again that self checkout was open. I then yelled back that he only had cash. Low and behold, this same rude and disgruntled employee comes from the back and says in passing “I’m not going to be able to finish my d*mn conference call” . I was flabbergasted that the same employee that assaulted me was still employed at this location!! Honestly, the location is very convenient for me. However, I may have to reconsider continued patronizing of this specific location based on the unethical behavior being condoned.
