Dollar Tree offers lots of interesting items at low prices, though some customers are confused by the newer $3 and $5 items. The store condition varies; one visit found it very neat, clean, and organized with kind and polite staff, while others reported very dirty floors and a disorganized layout, with items low in stock or out. Management has been seen on site. Staff can be professional problem-solvers regarding policies, though the no-refund policy can be displeasing. Security is present and noticeable. Despite some inconsistencies, many customers enjoy shopping there for the value.

Service was excellent today! We were greeted within the aisles at checkout Ashley was the best. I was able to get all my Father's Day gifts. Thanks so much; looking forward to returning.

This store is not only under stocked, everything is between $3-5. They should call it the $5 Tree 🙄
