Alyssa was so helpful in printing some of the signage for my wedding. She got creative and found a solution for me that I loved. Great customer service

Paula, the assistant manager needs to wear a smile….. it goes a far way. It says, “we appreciate you as a customer”. She comes across as rude in how she deals with customers.
The service industry is one the requires employees with a pleasant personality! Customers need to feel appreciated and valued!!!

2 employees, 1 busy with a customer, the other was putting away boxes. she continued to put away boxes wo acknowledging me for more than 5 mins. I am not sure why. Far be it from me to tell anyone how to do their job, however, an acknowledgement would go a LONG way. She decided to come help me after another customer came... read full comment
