I love this store. I have used this Fed Ex before and it’s always great. Today I walked in with my items, was immediately greeted and motioned to the second counter. The clerk immediately presented me with the envelope to put my stuff in, asked if I had a label, was very kind about helping me open the clear pouch for the label, and gave the the proof of shipping label before I had the label in the pouch. She was fast, nice, and made the experience pleasant. Thank you FedEx Office in Conyers!

Paula, the assistant manager needs to wear a smile….. it goes a far way. It says, “we appreciate you as a customer”. She comes across as rude in how she deals with customers.
The service industry is one the requires employees with a pleasant personality! Customers need to feel appreciated and valued!!!

The Assistant manager Paula is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I reported her to the corporate office because she needs to be removed from her position as assistant manager. Don't waste your time here!! The UPS store on Hwy 212 is much more professional and friendly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE, NOTARY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB AND IS REFUSING ME A REFUND WHEN THEY NEVER PUT THEIR SEAL ON THE DOCUMENTS EVEN AFTER SHOWING THEM THE DOCUMENTS THAT GOT DENIED BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE. THEY CHARGED ME $42 FOR SOME SIGNATURES THAT WAS NEVER SEALED WITH NP STAMP AND WON'T EVEN OWN UP TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. SHE ALSO REFUSES TO GIVE ME THE CONTACT INFO FOR THE MANAGER. In the reciept you can clearly see she charged me 5 times for a seal i never received

2 employees, 1 busy with a customer, the other was putting away boxes. she continued to put away boxes wo acknowledging me for more than 5 mins. I am not sure why. Far be it from me to tell anyone how to do their job, however, an acknowledgement would go a LONG way. She decided to come help me after another customer came in. Sad

I love going here for my shipping needs they are all very professional and yet so friendly and personal. Ms Isley is the absolute best and another reason I bypass my closer store . They all are great but Isley always goes above and beyond to help because that’s just who she is . The store is very neat and organized and the manager is so hands on as well. Highly recommend especially if another facility can’t handle your needs.

These ladies are wonderful!!! I had a large printing order and then we had to split it up and send it to 13 different places. They were so on top of it, efficient, and saved me when I was in a bind. I couldn’t thank them enough!

I see why this business has a 3.5 rating. What fedex office have you EVER seen puts up a sign to have you come back later during business hours. And the worker is inside doing something..... but won't assist customers. Dumbfounded. Do better. You are losing business.

Today I was rushing and I left my wallet
There are some amazing people in the world when I came back someone turned it in for me I don’t know who it was but I appreciate you so much. When I came back the worker was so nice and I Instantly just felt relieve they were really busy but she still made the time to make sure I was good. Working in customer service is hard so many different personalities etc but this location I never once saw anyone loose their cool. Thank you thank you ❤️

Their employee LIED to us about returning a package, costing our business thousands.
When we came to complain about it and ask for help retrieving the now lost package, she simply ignored us while other customers were there watching.
Then the ratchety owner with a MASSIVE attitude problem just kept gaslighting us and deflecting.
Take you business elsewhere or your packages will be at risk.

I just went to This location. On Sunday 3pm the employee didn’t help she wasn’t busy. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Waste my time and money. Please don’t go to this location if you need help. If your employees are not professional please don’t hire them.

Excellent customer service . Wish all Fed Ex stores were on point like this one . All employees were so pleasant and helpful. They had my 5 orders almost ready for me as I arrived and did not have to have ready til Monday but I needed them today . Keep doing an amazing job ladies !! You are doing an outstanding job !!
