I came in with no scheduled appointment and described to Ms Cynthia Roberts a couple of issues with my car. She listened inventively, is very knowledgeable and very professional and brought me right in and even helped me with the online service. I am very pleased and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great and professional service.

I don't write reviews often enough, but Firestone deserves a huge compliment. Every single time I try another shop I get ripped off, and Firestone almost always resolves my issue and even gives deep discounts to help make up the difference. This week, I tried Express Oil Change in Conyers for an a/c check. They charged me for work they did not do and then quoted me $1800 for work I did not need. I questioned it, went to Firestone, and the work I needed cost $200 and was done effectively. My a/c is now very cold and functioning.
Huge compliments to Shawn, T, and the girl who cashed me out (I'm so sorry, but I cannot remember her name), and Rohan who took time to discuss other concerns I had about my car. Overall, this was an excellent experience, but it always is. I don't know why I ever try other places, but for impatience since they can sometimes be too busy to get you in fast - that is likely a signal of great service and reliability, though.

It took 24 hrs to repair a tire and no one called to tell me they were keeping my car overnight. This place a certainly went downhill. I've beenn a customer for over 10 years at this location. I will definitely pursue other options.

Cynthia was absolutely amazing. She took care of us July of last year. Her personality and honesty won us over. There are somethings in customer service that you can't teach and she has all the qualities. She is the reason il come back.

The individual providing customer service, particularly a young lady, has demonstrated exceptional knowledge and a willingness to assist. Her dedication to promptly seeking information, even when not readily available, is commendable. Conversely, another staff member, an older lady, exhibited a negative attitude and appeared disinclined to fulfill her job responsibilities. As a result of the outstanding service provided by the young lady, I am inclined to rate this experience as four stars. However, due to the unsatisfactory service from the older lady, I would rate it as one star. Overall, the exceptional service from the young lady warrants a five-star rating.

I was in store on 05/25/24. I had appointment 11;00 am for balance and rotay tire. She toll me will be done before 3;00 pm. I came back pick up at 4:00 pm. my car was pulled into began, I asked Technican How long work on . he said 10 minutes. I came back 5:00 pm . he not done yet and then Technican just do balance.
He did not rotay a tire.
I paid for balance and rotay.
This store very bad service....
