The associate answered the phone and asked me to hold. I’ve now been on hold for 10 mins listening to that assiciate gossip with someone in the store. Customer service is not good at this location.

Store is locked during open hours with a sign saying they’ll return at 10. It’s 11:20 and still locked. Is this place closed? The lights are on and it’s always like this. Never anyone there
