Almost always clean and organized in this store. Unless it's the weekend then kids are running the store and toys are everywhere. Most days quite pleasant to shop and find treasures!

Let's start with this is not my first BAD shopping experience at this location. Hwy. 138 in Conyers GA but is my last!1.)If the dressing room's are never going to be available to their shoppers at least have the decency to put signs on the dressing rooms. They offer returns but only in gift card form. I will givecthem credit for figuring out a way to keep people's money, the merchandise and getting those funds then respent back at their location, hopefully but it won't be by me.2.) Just because it's evening and your employee's are ready to clock out is no excuse for ommiting discounts offered by Goodwill Industries for POLICE or Military on their offered discounts of 25%. Therefore meaning when it's Thursday and you are at the checkout and dressed in FULL police uniform then the cashier should ASK for proper I.D. versus trying to hurry us out the door.3.) The management at this store has ALWAYS come off with an negative attitude towards the customers but especially with the employees. Unprofessionally yelling out the swinging doors to an employee across the floor because he can.4.) I understand we all have bad days but it seems to be a bad day, any day I am at this location.5.) I decided to return most of my purchase and the manager Tanesha was called by the cashier. Tanesha was actually standing there the entire time from my entrance into the store (as I possessed a Goodwill bag and a receipt in my hand) through the long wait as one cashier was the only one working at the registers, until she called for another cashier and then proceeded to wait until that cashier called for her to approve my return.6.) I asked this so called manager, Tanesha "Aren't Thursday's police discount days?" and she nodded yes; nodded! No eye contact, never uttered a single word. I explained to her that her employee's failed to ask if he would like the 25% discount offered and guess what Tanesha did? She walked off! She didn't offer her apologies, or even make a statement that she would make sure to speak with the employees to be sure and ask. And forget about the most obvious action she should have taken, and that was to offer the 25% on the remaining items we had chosen to keep. Go Management Team!Needless to say this won't be my only complaint because of the ongoing history of bad attitude by employees at this location; NEGATIVE WORD OF MOUTH will hurt their sales eventually I hope.As far as the emoloyees attitudes it may just be their days are bad at Goodwill due to working under BAD ATTITUDE MANAGEMENT!It has been expressed to me by my friends and family that the Goodwill Industry who are GIVEN these items by good hearted people have continued to overcharge the consumers for way too long. Along with myself, we have all chosen to shop other thrift stores of guinenly appreciative attitudes. This is to include where our donations are going as well.By the way the cashier's names are on the receipts but considering the poor management of this location, I will give her a break. No sense in putting her job at jeopardy when the reason is so obvious.

Way, way overpriced! Super dirty very well used and damaged items for excessive prices! The manager is incredibly rude treats both customers and employees horribly! Yells at customers and has zero customer services skills! How he is a manager is beyond me!Now let's talk about the music! Loud and inappropriate music for a public store! Not a customer friendly store at all!

Conyers, GA.The most rudest staff ever, ALWAYS..They make shopping here unpleasing. I just learn not to ask for help,As much as I love a GW i will invest my money elsewhere?tired of the rudeness. As I see all the similar complaints why is the same manager there? Better yet why is this location still open? I need answers, I will be reporting this store.

Poorly organized. Music on the P.A. system is loud and irritating. Prices are outrageous for a thrift store. Customer service is virtually non-existent. (Note: Most, if not all, of the pictures of the store shown on the review page do NOT match the actual location.)

I shop Goodwills all across Georgia. This store charges 2 to 3 times the price of the other Goodwills in the area. I know prices have gone up across the board but the other Goodwills have brought their prices back down. Don't know why this location isn't following this trend. Will not be back. Will continue visiting the other locations that are no longer price gouging their customers.

Worst goodwill. Everytime I go in I see overpriced things. Hot glue gun. 20$ what?!?! And not to mention all the broken items for sale. The employees are snappy and overall I just get upset everytime I go. I feel like goodwill used to be fun and a great place to find things. Now I feel they take advantage. I will never go back. Beware of goodwill Conyers.

I will never come back to this goodwill. That makes me sad to say this. Because I frequent goodwill across the US. This is by far the worst. No one offered to help. I was also refused to use the dressing room to try on items before my purchase. I was told I had 14 days to return them to this location only for a credit that goes on a goodwill card. I live over 4 hrs away. This is a ridiculous policy. Not to mention your making a killing off of DONATED items. Step it up Goodwill.

I will no longer donate to this location. The younger kids are always nice and friendly but the older guys with missing teeth always have attitudes and complains about what or how much stuff is being donated. I will go to either the location on Hwy 20 in Conyers by Barksdale Elementary or the one on 278 in Covington where they smile and appreciate your donations.

Reporting this location to the Attorney General. If they don't like the price on a sticker the manager will just make their own. Price gouging and unethical practices will be reported to North GA headquarters as well.

Stopped by here a few weeks ago when I was in town because my boyfriend has been on a hunt for baseball bats and gloves for decor purposes lol. New bats are super expensive, so we have been checking Goodwills. ***LOCATION***Plenty of parking out front in the strip center lot! ***EXPERIENCE***I just walked in and walked directly to the sports things. I found a baseball bat (yay) for 4$! So I went to checkout and saw the checkout line got fancy! They have an organized line with little shelves of stuff like normal stores, for some last min impulse purchases! They had some good things! I like that they had new items too. They had a stock of measuring scoops, which I picked up as well because he also just moved to a new place and didn't have any measuring tools, which has been a pain when I try to cook there! So for a couple of dollars, I grabbed a new pack! They also have snacks and drinks. Idk about y'all but Goodwill does not increase my appetite. I always feel the need to urgently wash my hands when leaving, so I doubt I'd ever grab a bag of chips at the checkout, but love that they had some things like that, that I have never seen before. ***STAFF***Normal, just a quick checkout interaction.***PRICE***A bat for 4$ is a steal haha ***FOOD/DRINKS***Well they do have them if you get hungry lol. ***CONCLUSION***A basic Goodwill. Nothing incredible, but did like the new checkout line!

I went in to look for jeans. I found a few pair I wanted to try on, but I was informed the dressing rooms were 'permanently closed'. They want you to buy what you want and if it doesn't fit or you don't like it,you have 7 days to return the items. This policy is absolutely not acceptable - who has time to go back and return clothes? I barely have time to go shopping in the first place! Sounds like the perfect way to increase sales to me, what a scam! I will not shop at Goodwill until I can try on the clothes I want before purchasing them, just like everywhere else.
