The people at Good Year are consistently professional and always knowledgeable. Where possible, they are willing to work with you to get your vehicle serviced at a reasonable price. I have found each worker I've encountered to demonstrate high standards of integrity and genuine kindness. Terry in particular has gone above and beyond for my mother and myself whenever we have experienced car problems. As a result, this Good Year is our go-to for all of our automotive needs.

Horrible service!!! Only come here if you want your car to be even worse than what it was when you came in. Super unprofessional & has employees who don’t even know what they’re doing and can’t explain how they messed up your vehicle. 0 stars

Unprofessional and messed up my whole car. The service sucks and everyone there should be fired immediately. Don’t even bother giving your time or wasting your money here cause they’ll literally break your car and won’t even have the decency to refund you!

After what I experienced today with this location I will never look forward to bringing my car or any other car here for service. I would think about it ONLY if the current team of techs are replaced. Let me begin to tell you how my car was POORLY serviced and is in a worse state now than its ever been, and it’s because it ended up in the hands of this establishment.I took my car here August 22nd for a check engine light, an abs light, and anti skid light. The tech who was the operator called me and told me the reason why the engine light turned on was due to an oil problem. Okay, fair.The next day I pick the car up from the store and the moment I left a red flickering light turned on. I noticed that instantly and called this Goodyear and a man answered and said to bring it back in so they’ll take a look at it. That’s exactly what I did and the man named Terry Ramey, who was the operator looked at it and said it’s something along the lines of the engine starting to eat the oil. I’m no tech and I have no idea what that means, so then he dismissed it and said just bring it back from time to time and I left again. The red light was still flickering, and right when I was about to merge onto the highway going 20 west, my car makes an obnoxiously strange sound, and goes out on the side of the road. It was so embarrassing and I was highly puzzled as to why this was happening all under an HOUR of getting my car picked up from this Goodyear that claimed they did a diagnostic check and fixed all the lights on my car. My car was towed back to this establishment, only for the assistant manager to tell us they’ll have to fix it and email the district manager to see how to go about this. Okay, fair.The next morning I come in hoping that whatever problem happened to my car would be fixed, or at least get a refund, but the store manager and operator of my vehicle Terry Ramey said he is NOT refunding us and there’s nothing he can do. He proceeds to tell me he does not work on engines/motors of vehicles. So why did you touch my engine/motor??? This is probably why my car is not working now.They then proceed to tell me there’s an internal engine problem, and that the assistant manager was told by Ramey that he heard underlying car sounds but he NEVER made that known to me when I picked up my car initially. Every other car repair shop I went to tells me any additional issues they find once they do diagnostics. This is ridiculous and I HIGHLY believe whatever was done was a POOR job, thus resulting for a red light to turn on after they handed me my car, then proceeding to my car giving out shortly after picking it up from the repair shop. I am not a car mechanic by any means, but any one with common sense would know this lies in the hands of these mechanics. Now I am stuck with the crazy aftermath that these techs have put me through and they show no REMORSE!May I also add that the assistant manager FAILED to include I came in for a check engine light problem when he emailed the district manager, hmmm that’s funny. Considering that was my main concern for bringing my vehicle in.These people are not qualified, AND ARE NEGLIGENT! Will be reporting to better business bureau and taking this to a court matter. I have proof and documentation of their wrongdoings. Highly disappointed and now I am left with a non working vehicle. I really wish I could give 0 stars. Go in for big services to be performed at your own risk.

I didn't have a good experience here on 5/3/23. I normally go to the Covington location. I've always had exceptional service & friendliness there. I decided to try out the Conyers (Hwy 20) location for my Ford Ranger oil change. The service itself was fine; but I don't think I saw anyone in the front smile the entire time I was there. I tried to liven the mood a little bit. I told the salesperson (Ronald) that it was such a beautiful day. I said that there isn't a cloud in the sky! Ronald just stared at me without saying a word, turned around and just walked off!! Perhaps he was having a bad day; but that made me feel not very important. The Covington location is MUCH friendlier. I'm going back there in the future.

Today could have been so much worse. As I tried to leave work, alone in the parking lot, my truck wouldn’t crank. The Goodyear team came to the rescue. Thank you for the care and kindness!! You guys are the best!

The team here is amazing!! Terry and Jacob will always have my gratitude!!! I have brought my car in multiple times to resolve various issues. Terry is always very professional, informative, and courteous. No matter what needs to be done, he has always done everything possible to get me safely back on the road. Most recently, my car cut off on me while I was picking up lunch on my break. Not only did Jacob come out and get me, find the issue in the restaurant parking lot, and escort me safely to the shop; the team spent an extra day of testing and work to once again, get me back on the road. These gentleman are exemplary and this is some of the best service I have ever had! If you ever have car trouble, THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!! I can't recommend them highly enough!!

The team at the GY location in Conyers, GA is amazing. Every time I visit the shop, I feel welcomed, properly informed about maintenance and suggested care for my car. They take good care of my vehicle and customer service is top notch!!

I've been a tire customer here for almost 17 years but went in for an oil change after my dealer had a 4 hr wait time. I was in and out in about an hour. Terry is awesome also.
