“3/5/26....Overall my experience has been good. Today on the other hand, I watched at least 12 people, including myself, walk to the disinfectant cart close to the front door to get paper and spray to clean the machine before using it, only to find no paper. The staff, who were just chatting with each other behind the counter, literally just watched us all walk all the way to the other side of the room for paper and spray. They never refilled it the whole 1.5 hrs I was there. Now this may seem trivial to most, but to me it's a big deal. Cleanliness is key to staying somewhat healthy when you're sharing a space with so many people. Do better..”
