Bait and switch. Beware. Rented online an economy car. Got there and they said they can’t rent it because they don’t have economy cars. They offered another car but for an extra 20$ per day. How is that my problem. Maybe call corporate and let them know.

Just rude and unprofessional on all levels! I called to get more information on my reservation and Tracy answered the phone and got smart with me and put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I was on hold for over 8 minutes before hanging up! I would never suggest anyone use this location! 0 Stars!

Do not trust this place. I reserved a car for a weekly rental online. Scheduled pick up for 830 am. Hired an Uber to take me there and my phone rings at 8:30 when I was in the parking lot. Young man stated they did not have me a car. I asked him what he could do to help me, I obviously needed a car. Asked him if he had a car in a different class I could upgrade/downgrade to or could he call other locations and find me a car. He quickly stated that there was nothing he could do, I was welcomed to "go somewhere else". So extra Uber money and a day's work lost. Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I worked for Hertz in the 80s and I can promise you, this would've never been accepted. Hertz and this location needs to do better! I miss the days of good customer service!

My sister in law came from another country and had an international driver's license. Hertz took care of her at this location, unlike the airport, and she was able to get around. Super appreciative of staff that go above and beyond to find answers and come up with a solution. Will recommend this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager has no pride in her business. I stopped in processed car and informed them I would return later to pick it up. They said they only needed 5 min to clean it. I returned after almost an hour. The car was smoked in and hadn't been cleaned from the last customer. They argued the car was not smoked in. The cigarette smell smacked me in the face when I opened the car door. I was told there were no more cars. The clerk wouldn't even stay with me until I finished inspecting the car. He didn't care. He just gave me my key and told me here you go and was in a hurry to go back in. He didn't even care about any damage on the car. He just wanted to get back inside. Now I have to drive with my windows down in December to breathe clean air. I had to cover the seat with a trash bag. There is no service at this

Do not rent from this location. I arrived at Hertz Car Rental 978 Highland Cir SE, Conyers, GA 30012. Today, when i arrived to pick up my reserved car. I was told there are no rentals available and that I should have called before coming. I told the lady that I did called but the phone rang about 30 times before I hung up. Mine you a goldcustomer came in after me and was able to get rentals. I spent $20 to catch a Lyft there. Customer service is horrible. I wish I could rate them a 0.

In all my years of renting I have never made a reservation weeks in advance only to arrive and find out the size vehicle I reserved is unavailable. Reps were not able to process a refund, provide any discounts and failed to even offer a single apology. Never again

Let me be clear…the employees have good customer service however, I had a horrible experience with the car. I rented a medium size car. Got there they gave me a Kia K 5 on my way leaving a nail was in the tire I had to turn around. Got back they gave me a Kicks. The tire was shaking all the way to and from my destination. I complained but the manager stated bc I prepaid they could not compliment me. I paid 290.00 for that rental. My birthday experience was horrible with them. Rent at your own risk. The manager and her employee alleged the tire was not shaking. I am a honest person and I don’t take losing money lightly because I have kids. I will not ever rent from Hertz.

There is always room for improvement but was overall satisfied. This place was abnormally busy for a Monday morning. Only one person was at the desk. He didn't appear to be overwhelmed. He logically and patiently provided the best customer service possible in my opinion given the circumstances. He did a very good job taking everything into consideration. I was overall satisfied with my pick up.

This place...Horrible...the staff helpless...meaning they are unable to provide clarity on any issue. Their solution to the 3 customers there with me was to wait until noon or call the Hertz 1-800#.I reserved a car weeks in advance and verified that the car was there using the Hertz 1-800#. I arrived at 8:05am to pickup the car and was told that it was not there. The staff was NOT interested in assisting me and making this right. I spoke with the manager and basically was told to reserve another car at a different location because she couldn't help me. I say again....this place is Horrible and the staff is Helpless. Don't waste your time here..use a different location or another rental company.

I came at a bad time. One guy behind the counter, and 10 people waiting on cars....that they don't have! I felt bad for the employee because he had have to deal with company failings and low IQ customers yelling at him. I cancelled my reservation and ordered a Turo. If you can't get cars and adequate help you are failing. Hertz, like most American companies that depend on cheap labor, is failing it's customers!

The car I got was dirty despite waiting for it to be cleaned.Update 8/28/23....the reviews continue to be true. Went to get the original car cleaned. Turns out I was issued the wrong car. So I had to spend another hour waiting on a different vehicle. 2nd vehicle interior windshield was filthy and tire pressures were uneven...one tire had 28psi and the other 3 had 38psi. So over the 2 days of me having the vehicle, the tire pressure light comes on. There's no point in trying to get air for the tire bcuz there's a screw in it.Clearly the people of this location are over worked and under paid bcuz most of them are sad. I will say Ms. Tracy and the guy who issued the first car were probably the nicest. But that Hispanic lady behind the counter seem real stressed and in need of a vacation.
