Customer assistance is atrocious. Staff in appliances talking instead of assisting customers. Never once asked if I needed help. In addition, a manager was summoned and she did not show up. I will take my business on a better side of town where they know how to provide optimal customer service.

I'm so irritated!!! I ordered over $1k in materials online. It was supposed to be ready in a few hours but here it is a day and a half later & they still haven't pulled it. I eventually had to come pull it myself &, if i had time to do that, I wouldn't have ordered it online in the 1st place. I ended up cancelling half of my order & I'll go across town from now on

Their paint dept is wayy better then lowes in conyers. Mr SK. Helped me find the perfect color. We had to dail in the perfect amount of black to my porch and patio grey paint and he helped me multiple times until it was perfect. SK is the man!!

This location has been here for a number of years and the service has consistently been exceptional . The employees are helpful and informative. The information flows from one department to the next. You get the same information throughout the store. I purchased a roll of pine straw for a family member and waited about 5 - 7 minutes for someone to meet me at the trailer to pick it up. The rest of the buying process was seamless. Their prices are on target for the industry and products they sell. Their selection is plentiful. The parking lot is huge and clean for the most part. There are always a lot of carts in the parking lot. They’re in the cart carousels, but there are always carts in them. I check out in the garden center most times; it’s a shorter line.
